In Portugal kam es für eine Woche und wurde von sehr freundlichem Personal begrüßt, das uns einige lokale Bars hervorheben, die Aussichten auf die Landschaft bieten, während wir warten, bis das Zimmer bereit ist, um sich zu checken (wir waren früh da). Beim Eingang des Zimmers beobachteten wir, wie fantastisch es war, es war spotless!! Ein großes Zimmer mit viel Platz ein kleines Badezimmer (WC, Bidet, Dusche und Tauch) und ein kleines Balkon. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut. Das einzige negative, was ich hatte, war, dass, obwohl das Hotel auf Anfrage Alkohol zu machen hatte, sie keine ständige offene Bar hatten, und es wäre großartig gewesen, wenn sie eine offene Bar am Abend hatten. Wir hatten gedacht, das wäre eine tolle Möglichkeit, einige unserer Zeit in der Nacht nach dem Abend nach Hause zu verbringen, statt zu einer Bar, die spät geöffnet wurde. Wenn Reiseberater lasse mich geben 4.5 Ich hätte das absolut gegeben!!

Fantastisches Hotel. Zimmer reinigte jeden Tag Lage großartig. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich und hatte immer ein Lächeln Großen Dank an Thomas (Ich denke, dass sein Name) bei der Rezeption. Fast jede Nacht haben wir ihn um Richtungen zu Restaurants/Bushalte usw. gebeten und er war so gut, uns das zu erklären. Schönes Pool-Gebiet klein, aber ruhig und entspannend Frühstückspersonal war gut, aber ein einfaches Lächeln am Morgen wäre ein wenig ”grumpy”, um das Mindeste zu sagen. Umberto war einfach groß. Er ist der höchste. Als wir ins Haus gingen, hatte ich immer das größte Lächeln für Sie. Sehr nett Mann. Ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen. Wenn ich jemals nach ALVOR zurückkehre, werde ich sicherlich wieder in dieses Hotel. !!! Nur zu sagen, dass der Jet 2 Rep war wunderbar. Ich nahm ILL einen Morgen und sie ging oben und darüber, um mir zu helfen. An diesem Tag später angerufen, um mich zu überprüfen und auch am nächsten Tag auch. Wünsche ich könnte ihren Namen erinnern. So viel Danke für sie !!!

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit gutem Service und nettem Personal, dass bis auf zwei Ausnahmen an der Rezeption und einer Masseurin kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch spricht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der beeindruckende Papagei am Eingang des SPA-Bereiches. Die Pools sind Salzwasser-Pools, was den einen freut und den anderen weniger. Das Frühstück muss man schon in sich reinzwängen denn lecker ist es nicht. Es scheint ausschließlich auf Portugiesen und Engländer ausgelegt zu sein. Die Brötchen sind weich und labbrig, als wären sie nur halb gebacken. Käse und Wurstwaren erinnern an eine schlechte Militärkantine in einem Dritteweltland. Das Mittagessen am Poolrestaurant und die Cocktails sind wirklich schlecht. Das lässt sich leider nicht anders zusammenfassen. Uns war nicht klar wie das Hotel auf 5 Sterne kommt. Mit viel Wohlwollen würde man nach Deutschem Standard auf 3 Sterne kommen. Es ist im großen und ganzen sauber aber eben sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verschlissen. Die Betten sind bequem. Sehr viel Mühe wird in die Außenanlagen gesteckt. Es ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Wir haben weder Straßen- noch Pool- oder Partylärm gehört. Die Klimananlage funktioniert gut. Die Balkontür ließ bei uns jedoch leider nicht verriegeln. Dafür lässt sich zum Ausschlafen das Zimmer mit den Vorhängen sehr gut lichtdicht abdunkeln. Wäre das Essen genießbar könnte man über viele kleine, altersbedingte Unzulänglichkeiten hinwegsehen.

The hotel is again great, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. Maintenance is still lacking a bit, although some progress was made. Due to lack of rain/water the golf course is dry and golf is played on the roots of the grass. Last year october it was green with large dry patches, this year it is just dry except for the greens. Looks like the effect of climate change is increasing and next year October we will not come again under these conditions.

We woke up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to embrace the day ahead. What truly set this hotel apart was its dedication to catering to families. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every member of the family felt welcome and comfortable. From engaging activities for children to family-friendly dining options, every aspect of our stay was tailored to our needs. The hotel even offered serene spaces for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones, striking the perfect balance between tranquility and family-friendly amenities. Furthermore, the attentive and friendly staff added to the overall sense of relaxation. They were always on hand to offer assistance or provide recommendations, and their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Beyond the hotel itself, the surrounding area offered plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. We took advantage of the hotel's proximity to nature, embarking on leisurely walks and hikes that allowed us to connect with the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal way to escape the hustle and bustle of the work world and reconnect with nature.

Das Hotel ist absolut nichts falsch. Wir haben hier 3 Nächte geblieben, und nur wünschten, es sei länger. Im zweibettvilla mit TV in jedem Schlafzimmer und auch eine große eins unten. Die Größe der Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohn-/Esszimmer ist riesig. Der Garten, die Schrubber und ein kleiner Rockpool wurden unermüdlich gepflegt. Der Innenpool, der Jacuzzi, die Sauna und das Dampfzimmer waren ein riesiger Plus. Meine Frau hatte eine heiße Steinmassage, denkt, das könnte das Beste sein, das sie je hatte. Die Sachen auf dem Vordertisch sind nett, die Reinigungsmittel sind effizient. Ich konnte einfach weiter gehen.

This hotel is an amazing retreat! Surprisingly you can't hear the noise from the racing track just nearby. The staff is very nice and attentive. The location is great if you want to be in a quiet part of the Algarve (30 minutes from Portimão). The breakfast is great. It has variety and the products are fresh and high quality. The hotel has an amazing outdoor swimming pool, unfortunately the it was too windy and we were not able to enjoy it. The Jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool are great too! The room is as in the pictures, it is big and the decoration is modern. Overall, we recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a quiet retreat in the Algarve!
