"Toll, wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr lächelnd, super nett und gab gute Ratschläge. Über den Preis des Zimmers können wir noch diskutieren, aber hey, wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich über den Hafen. Die Bettwäsche, ein toller Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee und sehr sauber, das Frühstück, es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht, sehr gut präsentiert, nichts zu sagen nach dem Parken. Schade, wir haben es geschafft, einen Platz vor uns zu finden. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit dieser Dame, die sie stellt Du bist gut gelaunt"

"Clogged toilet, leaking water and unusable. They said it was impossible to have it repaired bc the technitian was out of working hours, and no satisfactory solution was offered. Cold room. There was only a heat pump, which did not provide enough warmth even when set to the maximum. In the morning we had to rely on the bathroom heater. At 9 a.m., the shower water was not hot. It was lukewarm, insufficient for a shower in December. Humiliating and arrogant treatment from the morning supervisor on the day of our departure, Sunday, 7 December 2025. She told us that the toilet had become clogged because toilet paper had been used. She said this rudely while we were having breakfast, and walked away without allowing any possibility of dialogue. It should be noted that there was no sign indicating that this toilet could not accept toilet paper. She also said, again in a rude manner, that the room was warm enough in the morning; she did not even let us respond that this was only thanks to the noisy bathroom heater. Unsurprisingly, she said nothing about the lack of hot water. Humiliating and arrogant behaviour. The receptionist, on the other hand, was very kind and attentive. I suggested a complimentary breakfast as compensation, before the unfortunate intervention of the supervisor. We felt disrespected."

"The hotel is located in between Collioure and Port vendres. Therefore the location is not the most convenient. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The service was good and the lady who was on duty at 8pm was fluent in English, which was helpful."
