Sleep Inn at PGA Village

The first time I stayed it was fine that’s why I went back, but the last time I saw (2) roaches and I was on a zoom for work I had to turn camera off to Kill them. I was praying one didn’t leave with me and get In my car.

Had to ask like 3 times for housekeeping and they didn’t come until the last day of my stay. The bathroom was dirty upon my arrival and it never got cleaned

This is a terrible hotel. It’s dirty , noisy. Overall it’s for migrant workers. Please remove from your list of recommended places . I guess you get what you pay for

The pictures on the website are a total catfish! Something happened at this place because there was water damage in my room which by the way smelled of mildew. There was mold on the corners of the bathroom ceiling, not to mention the tub was clogged (who knows with what) but I had to take a shower/bath while I was there. The kitchen nook was full of crumbs, there was a refrigerator that had not been wiped out and I kept finding little hairs that didn’t belong to me (cringe)! Don’t get me started on the bed, it was a decent size but that’s it…the sheets were covered in little lint balls because they were so old, I noticed questionable stains on the 3 flat pillow cases and trying to lay down was more then a challenge. I felt itchy and like I would take bed bugs home from this place for sure! Please avoid staying here if possible, there are much better places in town for about the same price!

This hotel is a perfect option for a weekend trip or a solo vacation. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I never have any problems when I stay here, and any concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion.

We had missed our plane and needed to find a new hotel quick. I only reserved this because there was an insurance included that would allow cancellations if something came up. Something did come up. An hour after making the reservation out airline called and got us a new flight from Orlando. We tried to cancel our reservation but they refused, saying it was less than 24 hours. Why would we be offered insurance to cancel if the insurance was only going to be good for about 12 minutes?! We arrived and were appalled by the dirty rusty room that stank very very bad. We immediately knew eating their breakfast was out of the question. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy tons of essentials we expected to be able to buy or have complimentary from the hotel. They hadn't even given us body soap until we asked the front desk. We had to buy candles just to make the smell in there tolerable enough to eat food. It was clear they didn't allow a cancellation because they were that desperate for people to stay but forcing guests into your hep c hotel isn't the way. For the quality we should have been to paying a fraction but instead we paid almost as much for this room as we did for our incredibly nice Hyatt in the middle of Miami! If you think this review is just bitter because they forced us to stay, take a look at all the pictures I took. Redrum anyone? (The app won't let me post pics but I'll post on yelp)

Toilet was broken. I asked to look at it. Nothing was fixed. Dirty floors. Staff unfriendly.

This Inn property needs to improve. My room had to be changed because of the uncleanliness of the bathroom and the loitering of individuals outside my 2nd floor window. When we changed to a central room right above the concierge, the noise level outside the window until 4 am was unbearable. We requested our rooms to be freshened up’ within the 24 hour request and it took them 3 days to finally attend to the room. When I asked again, they told me I had to request it 24 hours in advance. When they checked their system, they saw I had. As for the towels, I was told to bring them down and at the laundry station they would change them. It also looked like some of the guest were actually using the facilities as housing. Please pick this Inn if you’re ok with these qualities. I was not. My last night there I spent it elsewhere, then returned to check out. Not a do over for me. Should not be an ******* listing.
