*We paid TWICE for the breakfast *Though polite team, they are NOT cooperative when we argued about why should we pay for breakfast twice *ROTTEN BREAKFAST.. Cheese was rotten we left a sample to reception to make sure. Not open menu as someone went out the hotel as buyed 40 EGP breakfast and we paid total 1000 for both nights for breakfast.. So silly. *cafeteria man let us sign a paper with the food we ate????? *we were 4 adults and one kid.. We paid for all of us. They said kid should pay separately for the breakfast. WHERE ON EARTH kid pays again for breakfast in any hotel in the world. Since I paid once why should I pay again. *clean room, though I found hair on my blanket * kids pool was not renewable water, I doubt they clarify it on hour basis, cuz I found hair and insects and baby jelly nose on it while swimming with my kid. * extra fees if you want to set on beach * HORRIBLE KIDS AREA. all of it was broken *the other two pools was either too deep so no one was using it. Or too shallow so it was super busy.. So we HAD TO use kids pool only during the stay. **WHEN WE CONTACTED BOOKING TO COMPLAIN WE DIDN'T RECIEVE ANY FEEDBACK DURING STAY. PLUS THE COMMUNICATION WAS SO HARD THROUGH PHONE. I PUT MY RESERVATION NUMBER THE RECORDED MSG SAID THERE IS NO RESERVATION.
