"The owner is good and very responsive to your query. Very helpful and provide good assistance on how to check in
The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay

"Die Lage ist sehr bequem und nahe dem gesamten Attraktionspark. Zimmer und Strand sind sehr sauber. Zimmerservice ist auch bequem. Kann ohne Störung mit dem Hausmeister in Kontakt kommen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen!"

"Es gibt Klimaanlage und Windschutzscheiben, zwei Sitze und zwei Leute.
Weil der Raum klein ist, ist die Klimaanlage sofort gesunken, sofort, so sicher.
Die Lage ist besonders gut. Es ist am Meer, am Strand, am Strand und am Meer. Es ist sehr heiß.

MmikaroWe stay at the Private Pool, and able to get the view that facing the beach and small neighbourhoods of rooms. Some of the rooms are facing quite public area, so thankful for us. The rooms are spacious, and there are separate room, for toilets and showers that have floor mirror tile can see direct to sea. Mind you, not much fish swimming there.
My kids really enjoyed the private pools, the beach quite small. We had the boats trips that allow for snorkelling, but mind you, during our visit, Port Dickson just have rainy night before.
There are fire shows every Saturday. Hotels are quite private, if you want to visit PD’s other attractions, like Pusat Ikan Hiasan manage by Jabatan Ikan Negara, are quite nearby by car.

JJoanna ZhouDie Optik ist gut, das Zimmer groß und auch die Pflege des Massivholzbodens ist gut, kann aber über das Alter des Hotels nicht hinwegtäuschen. Die Steckdose sollte auf eine internationale Steckdose umgestellt werden. Das Badezimmer ist matt verkleidet Papier für Privatsphäre. Die Reflexion des Lichts in der Nacht zeigt, dass die Bauqualität sehr schlecht ist... ⋯
Das Design des Raumes ist sehr warm, das warme Licht des Tisches und die Platzierung des Ventilators an der Decke sind wunderschön umgesetzt, aber die Luftzirkulation scheint verbessert zu sein. Es wäre besser, wenn der Duschraum direkt zum Rasen geht! Denn die einzige Möglichkeit, auf die kleine Wiese vor dem Schwimmbad zu gelangen, besteht darin, immer wieder über das Fenster zu schwimmen? Wenn der Schwerpunkt über dem Fenster instabil ist, fallen Sie direkt in das Schwimmbecken. Interessanter ist es, eine Badewanne im Freien direkt im Schwimmbecken zu bauen, wie eine japanische heiße Quelle. Dies kann auch die Wasserzirkulation einsparen und Wartung des Schwimmbades
Der Kissenbezug schien nicht ausgetauscht worden zu sein, als ich im Zimmer daran roch, und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass der Geruch sehr stark war... Der Bettbezug fühlte sich auch sehr feucht an und das Internet war auch langsam. Das kann es Nicht zu vergleichen mit ausländischen Gruppenhotels... Aber ich möchte trotzdem die Qualität haben.
Am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt und Kakerlaken 🪳 erschienen auch auf dem Boden
Das Personal in der Lobby ist sehr freundlich, das japanische Restaurant ist köstlich, die Klimaanlage ist nachts nicht kalt und das Wartungspersonal ist sehr schnell. Das ist mein bester Eindruck vom Hotel.
Das Kind ist drei Jahre alt, es ist im Zimmer sicher und es ist in Ordnung, den Pool nicht zu verlassen und das Fenster nicht zu öffnen, damit das Kind aus dem Pool klettern kann

Cleanliness:
The apartment was clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and well-maintained spaces. However, a bit more attention to detail in certain areas (like the bathroom corners) would make it even better.

My kids also love the jakuzi so much. The room very comfortable and nothing to complain about. The seaview is really spectacular. Definitely will come back again.

AAnonymer BenutzerA simple hotel with medium range price. Family unit comprises of 2 connecting rooms with 2 single bed unit and one more is queen bed. Breakfast buffet is ok with the basic food like nasi lemak, bread, cereal, fruit and cake are provided.
They only provide 2 super soft pillows in each room, not comfortable at all. No soap bar or liquid handwash soap. Only provided with 1 shower & shampoo gel in each room. Please seriously consider providing soap bar so that it is easier to wash hand. This hotel is also very strict with check out time, not even an hour free extension. Every hour extension is chargeable at RM32.40
Feels like this is more of a low cost low budget hotel. With the rate charged, perhaps can pay a bit more to book at other better equipped hotels. For me, soap and decent pillows are necessities even for all basic hotels.

UUmiThe water chalet is awesome. Location wise ok easy to find. Service is tiptop by the agent. U can ask anything from her. Very friendly. Last minit change unit because I want below unit so that from the room can see the laut on the glass floor.
Fridge OK, bed OK, balcony nice view, I can fishing at the balcony. My kids were very enjoy the chalet. Aircond OK, lamp ok, pillow ok, sinki ok, cermin byk, got penyapu n penyodok boleh sapu bilik because we were mandi at pantai n the floor was full of pasir so boleh sapu.
Bilik air i suke sebab as Muslim we better separate shower part dgn toilet bowl part. Toilet was clean.
The stay was fun and enjoyable it just that water chalet Ni belah belakang Lexis hotel. So u have to walk a bit far utk smpi ke Bilik. Makanan kene keluar cari sendiri, atau senang order grab je. Grab unfortunately hantar kt guard depan sana tu. Parking utk private unit ni xde. So kene park dekat luar.
Advice kalau xnk ade masalah parking, book under Lexis or Grand Lexis itself. Boleh park dekat dlm, dan ade service buggy lagi.
Pantai pulak x jauh nk pergi, cuma pantai dia cetek during air surut, pasir pantai byk batu tajam, ade terjumpa kaca. Hatilah kalau dekat pantai tu. Pasir pantai x berapa bersih mcm dekat PD.
Oh ya byk activity boleh buat dekat sini. Ade service basikal, train, go kart, kuda pusing2 tu, kalau nk lagi fun pegi time malam dekat waterfront (waze je) boleh main bubble, layang2, naik basikal satu family, makan2, dekat PD pulak ade water boat, banana split.
Overall, will repeat again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
