The location of the property is extremely good. It is very near to bharatpur beach and most importantly it has its own private beach. The semi deluxe rooms are spacious. The property has a large number of coconut trees and ambience is beautiful. The food quality and breakfast is very average and proper attention is required to be given to air conditioners because centralised ac system is very noisy. The service is also very slow because they are understaffed. There is wi-fi but it is not working smoothly. Choose this property only for its location

The location is 10 mins walking from neil jetty. Perfect location for stay. Once can spend entire day sitting at the private beach. Enough space for thr kids to play. Since this is a resort, rooms could have been bigger. The room sizes 9x8 feets. Service and staff behavior is average. Resturent service not available in afternoon hours. Since the raw meterials in neil island are expensinve, the food cost is can been cosidered as normal.

1. Non existent wifi 2. Extremely rude staff 3. AC not working 4. Roof was falling off 5. No mineral water was provided 6. No TV in room 7. Dirty sheets You are better off sleeping on the beach. Do not come here, there are so many better options nearby.

Coco n huts is an awesome beach resort at neil. Rooms are very spacious. Private beach is very much pristine. Staffs are very much cooperative & polite. It's 10 minute walking distance from neil island jetty. Wifi speed is good. Cleanliness is good. Complementary breakfast is simple yet very good. Only problem is the bathroom. Its small. But manageable for 1 night

The standard rooms are very small without any window and there is no sea view from any room - so the description in mmt is wrong. But the sea is only 10-20 mtrs from the room so the view is not a big issue. The staff at hotel is also well behaved but their manager (who is at port blair) is very ill mannered. He will promise everything before you come but if you call him after reaching he would talk to you as if you are his slave. We had booked a sea view room, but when we called him saying there was no view, his exact words were " bistar se samundar dekhna hai kya. Jo diya hai wahi milega" before slamming the phone. So go at your own risk and don't go with any high expectations
