My family and I recently spent 5 days at Sunsol Unik. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was served in buffet style. The breakfast, lunch and dinner consisted of many Venezuelan cuisines such as arepas, paella and fideuá to give us a taste of their local culture. The food was also accompanied by live bands, singers and dancers. The wifi in the rooms were great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located walking distance to the Costazul mall and it is also near to other malls in that area. Sandra and Carla in guest services were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and felt at home. I would highly recommend and visit this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Easter weekend at Sunsol Unik, a very impressive, clean and comfortable hotel located a few minutes by car from the main malls with one mall Costa Azul on the same compound. Extremely courteous, friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were met. The service at reception desk, the bars and the restaurants was second to none. Great breakfast . The Wi-Fi is problematic in the room but strong in the extensive lobby. The drinks were excellent while the food in general wasn’t bad and there were lots of it. The nightly entertainment was a hit on the weekend supplied by live bands, singers and dancers. Strongly recommended for those who are not interested in staying in a hotel on a beach. I will return.

First time visiting Margarita, chose Sonsul Unik as my hotel of choice and it was amazing! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is modern and beautiful and very clean, family oriented and peaceful! Will definitely come again

La ubicación del hotel es ideal, acceso a los principales centros comerciales de la isla y a sitios para comer. La atención solo puedo calificarla de excelente, el personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La comida y las bebidas muy sabrosas. Definitivamente es un hotel al que volvere. El WiFi fallaba en ocasiones, del resto todo excelente

Mi hospedaje en este hotel fue motivado a viaje vacacional a la Isla de Margarita, Tome dos noches junto a mi esposa y mis tres hijas en dos habitaciones. Destaca la amplitud de los cuartos en un ambiente bien decorado, cama cómoda con almohadas algo viejas. Buena ducha, buen aire y excelente iluminación. El.aire de un cuarto fallo El primer día pero fueron muy diligentes en solucionarlo. Este hotel es " All Inclusive " comida bastante buena, abundantes y variada. Buenos cócteles y tragos en sus diferentes espacios. La piscina es muy rica y el.amniente.de.esta área es increíble. De noche en el área del bar hubo un Kareoke muy divertido. Destacó el trabajo de luis en el Bar, fue muy bien recibida su ayuda y orientación con los tragos. Puntos a mejorar: En el checkin son muy rígidos. Llegue a las 2 pm y no hubo manera de que me.entregaran la habitación. Otro tema.muy negativo es el.de las.llaves magnéticas de los cuartos, te entregan una (01) sola y si la pierdes el recepcionista es muy enfatizó en decirte que.debws pagar 20$. Esto es insólito, además de ridículo y abusivo. Creo que es una política que destruye el nivel de servicio. Por dios uno se siente como amenazado y nervioso con este asunto. Recomiendo que revisen esa política.

Una experiencia única como su nombre. Vale la pena cada día, desde las habitaciones, la vista y el servicio. La comida deliciosa, las piscinas una belleza. Diría q es el único hotel donde el jabón huele rico las almohadas provoca meterlas en la maleta Katherine la de animación peino no solo a mi hija sino a mi.
