Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) Hotel

i always stay at a premier inn some are better than others i felt the bedroom was starting to look tired the grounds could have been more presentable breakfast was served cold nearly fell over on the drink prices but had a good nights sleep and there was plenty of hot water

Only 2 towls 2 tea bags 2 milk as if it was for a single person. Had to ask for extra. Staff friendly and efficient especially at dinner as we were a group of 28 with different meal orders. Food good on the meal deal. The room was ok and usual standard. As I have said before need to have 2 comfortable chairs. Good location for poole harbour. As we were on a birding trip to catch a harbour boat next day.

Very Friendly staff and the room was fit for purpose. The water was not the warmest for a bath but shower temperature was perfect. The room was very warm and heating wouldn't go down, but as only there for one night was not an issue. Plenty of parking and machine out of order so don't need to add number plate. We ate in the restaurant on the meal deal, this was poorly sold and nit explained very well what drinks etc were included, had to ask. Food was OK not great by any means in the evening and felt rather rushed as the staff wanted to clear up and get out! The breakfast staff were lovely very friendly and nothing too much trouble, the breakfast freshly topped up and cooking vegetarian bits was offered with no hesitation. Toilets in restaurant were shut so had to go back to room midday for children's toilet needs.

The bed and pillows are very good and comfortable the food is great and the staff are very friendly very clean rooms and building decor good value for money have stayed many times in the past 30 years the strict 3.00 pm check in is ridiculous I went at 3.45pm and they said I can check in for £10 VERY STUPID RULE !!

Not the cleanest hotel. Lack of staff. Cleaners miserable. Poor food in restaurant. Breakfast queues ridiculous as kept running out of food. Bed comfortable nice towels. Have to ask if you want your room cleaned, which should be standard. Not impressed with this premier inn.

I booked the Premier Inn, Holes Bay Poole Dorset. To spend time with a great friend. It was very easy too find, plenty of parking with disabled parking close to the main entrance. On arrival I was met with friendly staff and warm greeting. The room was clean, tidy and well presented which was all I required. The bed Was very comfortable and there were no disturbances throughout the night. I had a meal in the Premier Pub next door. Be prepared to pay £6.20 for a single JD and coke which I found too be very expensive. We had Fish and chips which was coked well but very little chip. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we would think twice to eat or drink there again due too cost vs value.
