Good location, and service👍👍👍 The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough for our needs. Parking was very convenient, just front of the hotel.

歐塞爾可選酒店不多，還是選了不算小的，也不是民宿的酒店，但酒店簡陋，各方麪條件都比較差，國內二星水平吧，不適合商務出行

Super Lage, fussläufig schnell im Zentrum. Preiswerte Garage. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer und Bad sauber und modern eingerichtet. Hervorragende Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl. Gourmet Restaurant in der Nähe.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, der (kostenpflichtige) Garagenplatz sehr angenehm. Wir und unser Hund wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir blieben drei Nächte, und auf der Suche nach netten Restaurants in der Stadt - alles zu Fuss erreichbar - hat uns Luisa in der Rezeption super geholfen. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, ebenso das Bad. Die Bar ist sehr nett, man kann aber auch draußen im Vorgarten sitzen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet im netten Frühstücksraum - oder ebenfalls draußen. Empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zur schönen Altstadt. Ruhig gelegen. Für 8 Euro kann das Auto in der abschliessbaren Garage parkiert werden. Auch Fahrräder sind willkommen. Der Empfang war zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Lovely hotel in a great location and just a a short walk into the centre of Auxerre and lots of free public parking over the road and easy to find. On arrival the receptionist was not very welcoming / friendly at all, I think she took a dislike to us because we gently rang the bell on reception (nobody at reception) and then I thought writing my credit card details on a piece of paper was not very secure so I declined to do so. Not friendly at all and no warmth in her welcome and then gave us further details in 150km/hr French (which I’m sure was deliberate) but we managed to just catch what she was saying. Spoilt the start to our stay - breakfast staff were great 👍

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. Madame Sylvie is always friendly and helpful. Antonin who was at reception, checked me in very quickly, and I had a few good chats with him during my 4 day stay. Weather was changeable, not like the usual summer in Auxerre, but when possible, great to sit in the garden with a coffee or glass of something. My room was adequate, with a good walk-in shower. A chair at the desk area, but no other chair provided. I did ask Antonin who offered another chair from the breakfast room, but that was also an upright chair, not one for reading and relaxing in. Breakfast was also adequate, nothing special, and sometimes the scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit or yoghurt seemed to take a long time to be replaced or on one morning, not replaced at all! The price for breakfast is definitely too high. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. You can ask at reception and they will happily bring you a coffee at a cost of 3 euros! Free bottles of water available at reception. I have friends in Auxerre, and this hotel provided a good base from where I could easily walk to their home. Hope to visit again.
