3-Sterne-Hotels in Ponferrada

Nuestra experiencia no fue mala de un inicio. Nos atendieron muy bien, nos explicaron que el ascensor por ser el edificio estructura antigua llegaba hasta medias alturas.. algo que no nos importó aún llevando carrito de niño. Era asumible por la situación y precio. Una vez descargado el equipaje e instalados en la habitación, escuchamos una música que salía de una puerta situada al lado de la puerta de nuestro baño. Cuando el vecino habló con su compañera, es como si estuviera dentro de nuestra habitación. Compartimos todo tipo de ruidos, música, conversaciones, gases... ronquidos... llamamos al teléfono de contacto para solicitar cambio de habitación, no nos lo proporcionaron saliendo en Booking disponibilidad de dos habitaciones. Nuestro hijo de 2 años no pudo qued**** dormido hasta la madrugada y nosotros, por lo que podéis leer, tampoco. Además, la luz, se colaba también por debajo y laterales de esa puerta, por lo que teníamos a mayores luz indirecta hasta que a los vecinos se les ocurrió apagarla. Yo no contraté una habitación '' compartida'', para eso hay otro tipo de hoteles.

Very nice hotel compared with by default I have just left . The Temple. Very well spoken staff. Quite unusual as I’ve never experienced a hotel without a bar ,although they had a Cafe/bar which was pleasing and simple and a buffet restaurant. Plus underground parking. Rooms very clean very bright. And….. a big and! Everything in the room worked instant hot water. Which I haven’t been used too in another hotel across the road. Food delicious well done for making me feel welcome in an adverse situation. At short notice too,having been stranded in Ponferrada for over a week trying unsuccessfully to repair my motorcycle. Just a point which came to my attention. Corridors very noisy at night. The floors are tiled and sound echoes, Perhaps if the hotel reads this , a one metre wide carpet straight down the middle. Would make a massive difference.

Hemos ido un grupo ha alojarnos en ése hotel,(13/5 al 16/5)la ubicación buena, las habitaciones bien, las comidas normales, en el desayuno nos metían en una especie de bajo en el que no cabíamos (éramos un grupo) el atendimiento bien, pero...... de las cuatro noches que pasamos solo una de ellas nos despertaron, el resto se ”olvidaron” menos mal que nos despertamos a tiempo para no perder las excursiones, en cuanto al cuarto de baño ”la bañera” es peligrosa resbala y no tiene ningún asidero, te tienes que sujetar a la grifería, es un ”detalle” que deben de tener en cuenta con personas de ”ciertas edades”

Das Hotel wird als Fahrradhotel angeboten. Auf unserem Camino mit dem Fahrrad haben wir hier übernachtet. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt innen sehr düster, auch das Zimmer. Das Fenster ist sehr schmal, bei offenem Fenster ist es im Zimmer durch die Straße vor dem Hotel sehr laut. Außerdem geht das Fenster immer wieder zum, wenn man es nicht mit einem Gegenstand festklemmt. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage kann nicht benutzt werden, da es keine Fernbedienungen dafür gibt. Für die Fahrräder wollte der Herr an der Rezeption erst mal 3,-- pro Rad für den Abstellplatz ??? Erst als wir auf die Plakette mit Fahrradfreundlichkeit hingewiesen haben, war der Platz im Nebenraum der Tiefgarage kostenlos. Beim Frühstück war der Kaffeeautomat defekt, der Kaffee wurde erst serviert, als wir mit dem Frühstück schon fertig waren.

Ich wollte ein wenig Ruhe nehmen, während ich auf dem Pilgerplatz wandelte, und ich hatte Arbeit zu behandeln, so habe ich ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett reserviert. Ich war um 3 Uhr an, aber ich sah ein wenig beschäftigt oder es gab ein freies Zimmer, und ich war etwas über 9 Uhr und ich wurde gestattet, ohne zusätzliche Geld anzumelden (kein Marriott-Reif) Ich ging ins Zimmer und upgradierte in eine Junior Suite mit einer Terrasse. Ich konzentrierte mich auf und fertigte meine Arbeit und ruhte gut. Es gab nicht viele Bewertungen und koreanische Bewertungen waren schwer zu finden, also zögerte ich, aber ich denke, ich habe eine gute Reservierung gemacht! Frühstück war 14.3 Euro, aber ich weiß nicht, ob es so gut für Geld ist, aber ich bin froh, dass ich es bequem lösen kann. Ich ruhe gut!

Este hotel esta sobrevalorado. Es caro para la calidad del servicio y el tamaño de las habitaciones. Más que un hotel de 4estrellas, con 3 estrellas ya estaría bien. Además, llegamos al hotel a las 13:00, cansados de un largo viaje, y hasta las 15:00 no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación, xq no estaba limpia...
