it was a great 1 night stay - the area was amazing for photography 📸 the rooftop was great to watch all around the reception was cooperative to arrange pickup

The location and stay is good. But no proper response from the property. They don't even call me back and ask what i want. No proper response from the reception. They are not treating all customers in the same way.

We booked a double family room to accommodate three people and another deluxe for two people. But they were on two different floors so we took one room in the same floor(we paid for a bigger room but we stayed in the smaller one as it was late in the night and wanted to be on the same floor. The family room was decent but the smaller room was bad. The washroom was bad and had termites, room too small, there was a big window that opened into the corridor and an insufficient curtain that allowed light inside and people passing by could see from the corner. The pillow covers and sheets were stained. They probably were washed but still had stains which is still icky.
