Opted for this so called "Heritage property" because of its location and some positive reviews but made a big mistake of ignoring some negative reviews which are actually true First of all, the emails sent to hotel after online booking regarding queries on parking, etc was never answered. The rooms are just like normal other hotel rooms and mostly everything having white colour furniture and walls to give the heritage look. Toilet flush was faulty. Do not expect hot water more than 2 mins inspite of keeping the geyser on for 10mins. This point is also mentioned by one of the guests in their reviews The housekeeping intercom was never answered. The staff are are untrained. Infact they talk pretty loudly with each other. Sometimes even verbal fights can be heard during breakfast. Very limited space to accommodate guests for breakfast and the entry door for the staff from kitchen to breakfast area keeps banging making a lot of noise everytime someone passes through it Only positives is breakfast options, the property location and the person at the reception trying to sort out issues knowing the limitations of the property. I won't recommend this property considering the service and price they charge. Instead stay at hotel promenade just 3 mins walk from villa cavi at same price. There is nothing special or heritage about this property except for lot of white color

The stay was great and the hotel is at a prime location with the best view possible. The food could have been a little better. Rest everything was top notch and worth the money.

Villa cavi had construction work going on while we were staying there, leading to some disturbance and inconvenience in our rest and stay. The property needs maintenance. Food taste and service were also quite average. The only positive is the location of the property right in front of the beach. Overall it was not worth the price we paid.

Property is very good located on beach and we had balcony sea view room. Food was extraordinary and chef was excellent making to our taste
