Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich erstklassig. Die Suiten sind wirklich groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Hotel wirbt ja mit Nachhaltigkeit was aber nur zu einem kleinen Teil zutrifft. In den Zimmern gibt es richtiges Geschirr und Kaffeetassen ABER: zum abtrocknen des Geschirrs werden einem Papierhandtücher ( Küchenrolle ) zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstücksgeschirr im Hotel besteht leider nur aus Papptellern, Pappbechern, Plastikbechern und Plastikgeschirr. So werden jeden Tag Unmengen an Abfall generiert welcher unsortiert im Mülleimer landet. Dies ist das genaue Gegenteil von Nachhaltigkeit. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch das das Hotel sehr Tierfreundlich ist. Während unserem Aufenthalt hier waren aufgrund des Hurrikans Ian sehr viele Menschen mit Ihren Lieblingen hier im Hotel. Es gab deswegen null Probleme und auch das Personal freute sich über die Vierbeiner. Zum Schluss möchte ich auch noch den Valetparkservice des Hotels erwähnen, insbesondere Antonio. Er war super hilfsbereit, freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit mit ein paar Tipps zur Hand. Absolut klasse Parkservice.

**Hotel Review** We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our arrival was met with some disappointment as we were not informed by JetBlue Vacations that the hotel was undergoing construction. However, the situation improved significantly thanks to the attentive manager, Jalecia who went out of their way to assist us and ultimately secured a lovely ocean view room for our stay. A special shoutout to Sheila, who was always around with a smile, ensuring that the place remained impeccably clean despite the ongoing work. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced our experience. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the efforts of Julie in providing us with a nice room. We’re hopeful to have the same room upon our return. Despite the construction, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back, as the cleanliness and service were truly commendable. I would say that they’re bedding their comforter and sheets are not comfortable and they would need to step up if that’s a Mariott Thank you, Andrea and Fernando.

Das Hotel ist luxuriös und repräsentativ, aber wenn Sie im Parkplatz parken, wissen Sie einfach, dass Sie Ihre Zimmerkarte benötigen, um in und aus dem Parkplatz zu kommen. Es wird möglich sein, dass die Karte nicht wie es mir passiert funktioniert. Wir haben viele Spaziergänge zurück und nach hinten gegeben, um unser Parkticket zu stempeln, um aus dem Parkplatz herauskommen. Auch im Zimmer müssten Sie Ihre Karte in einem Slot halten, um das Badezimmer und die Halle Licht auf. Um den Aufzug zu benutzen, müssen Sie auch Ihre Zimmer Schlüsselkarte schütteln. Leider war das nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Und wir hatten mehr Kopfschmerzen als jede andere, die wir vorher verblieben hatten. Das Hotel ist schön und alles, aber die ganze Technik und das Rück- und Ausgehen ist es nicht wert.

Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind top... leider berechnen sie das Parken extra und nicht zu knapp... 25 $ die Nacht... dafür bekomme ich in Bangkok ein ganzes Zimmer mit Balkon und Pool... absolut Nonsens... Dann kam noch hinzu dass dort Baustelle ist... und das Frühstück ist auch ein Witz... zumindest wie es gehandhabt wird.... es gibt nämlich keine anständigen Sitzplätze...

Currently here and having a great time overall. It does feel like this resort is operated as two separate entities. The pool and beach staff , are all amazing, very friendly always helping everyone. The front desk and indoor staff are the complete opposite. Rude and always look bothered when you ask a question. They are never at the front desk, just rush out of the room if someone walks up to the desk, but never greeting or willing to help. Beach is beautiful and pool is well maintained. Always a plus to have beach lounges and umbrellas. I would return but definitely adjusting my expectations.

I do not recommend this hotel. Before I tell you why, allow me to pinpoint a positive. The rooms contain a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven. However, unlike Airbnb apartments, the rooms at the Residence Inn do not contain cooking supplies, like seasoning and cooking oil, or cleaning supplies. The exterior of the hotel, the exercise room, and the hallways appear nice. This hotel is located in a business compound, so you dont have easy access to the neighborhood or entrance/exit of the compound. This area is not well populated so you wouldn't want to walk or run alone at night. While this hotel has an area for hot beverages and water; it doesn't have a method of refilling the hot thermoses throughout the day, so if you arrive in the afternoon or evening, then you will not have access to hot water or hot coffee. The front desk person instructed me to fill a cup with water/coffee then heat it in the microwave in my room. Hotel management trained him to relay that message, he said. That is sad and an example of poor customer service and poor management. The rooms are unclean. The carpet and couch in my room are stained; the refrigerator has crumbs and stains; the oven is stained with food; the coffee machine water cup has coffee caked inside; the non-stick pots are so old the metal is exposed; the cutlery and cookware drawers are full of crumbs and some of the cookware has food stuck on it, still. The curtain is stained and the duvet has stains that resemble blood. One of our towels had fecal streaks on it. The dining room chair looks as if it also serves as a pet toy. And last, the common area of the one bedroom suite smells musty. In conclusion, this hotel is overpriced and it contains hazards to its' clients' health. This condition is insulting to the Marriott brand and to Marriott Rewards members. I reported this issue to the front desk manager, Saida, and she promised to have the room cleaned and prepare another room in case I wasn't satisfied with the room. The room wasn't cleaned, and the new room was unclean as well. Today, Saida apologized and refunded my money for the last day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am disgusted. This hotel should be shut down.
