Das schlimmste Hotel, das ich in meinem Leben geblieben habe. Empfehlen Sie es nicht, besonders angesichts des Preises. Positiv: Große geräumige Zimmer mit erstaunlicher Meerblick Innen- und Außenpools SPA Negativ: Klimaanlage funktioniert kaum in einigen Zimmern 2 Mal das Wasser haltte, und zu dieser Zeit war ich im Dusche-Dusche mit Seife. Es dauerte 3p Minuten, bis das Wasser zurückkommt Frühstück und Abendessen haben schlechte und wiederholte Wahlen, alles ist in Öl gegossen. Jeder schmeckt in der Nicht-Schmeck-Zone, die Wächter tun nichts, um das zu stoppen und sie verstehen nicht Englisch wie auch immer. Es ist voller kleiner Babys weinen, viel Lärm, und der Kerl, der heute Abend Musik spielen hat nur 5 Songs, die er überspielt und Iverson jede Nacht. Es gibt Linien für Lebensmittel, Sie haben zu warten auf Ihre Öl-socked Französisch Toast für 5 Minuten. Kaffee? 4 Minuten. Linien überall. Lärm. Rauchen. Willkommen zu Ihrem 200 Euro/Tag Urlaub.Genießen Sie Ihr Essen. KEINE TINKT für Abendessen. Nicht einmal Wasser. 5-Sterne-Hotel und Sie werden nicht angeboten Wasser für Abendessen!!!! Sie müssen dafür bezahlen oder von Durst leiden. Kein Wasser, kein Kaffee, kein Saft, nichts. Scham auf Sie!!! Essen ist nicht sehr gut oder vielfältig jedenfalls, Sie hätten zumindest uns Wasser gegeben!!!! Keine Strandsitze enthalten, Sie müssen einen Sitz getrennt kaufen oder auf dem Sand sitzen. Nicht genug Parkplätze. Der beste Teil über diesen Urlaub ist das Ende, denn ich kann dieses beängstigte Hotel hinterlassen und nie wieder kommen!!!!

Er konnte nicht mehr im Zentrum sein. Die Zimmer sind 5* Qualität. Die Klavierbar ist auch die Live-Musik sehr lustig. ****** ist in die digitale Maschine gespielt worden, also haben wir nicht gespielt. Das Frühstück war großartig, es gibt sogar Gras.

Hotel am Meer gelegen nur einen Schritt von Ihrer Wohnung direkt auf Sandstrand und schwimmen in der Schwarzen Meer. Apartment Suite geräumig und ohne Spott rein alles, was Sie in den Zimmern benötigt. Kate auf der Rezeption so hilfreich. Maria in Restaurant suchte uns so gut immer willkommen und aufmerksam. We have very fond memories of our stay at the HI Hotels Imperial Resort. The hotel is located at the beginning of Sunny Beach, not far from Nessebar (a 25-minute walk), right by the sandy beach. The hotel itself leaves a positive impression and is comprised of three complexes. HOTEL / ROOMS (DeLuxe): - spacious rooms with balconies (sea and main pool views), carpeted floors, with elevator access to rooms, - rooms are equipped with LED TVs, a phone, and a safe (free of charge). - large and comfortable beds, - bathrooms are well-equipped with toiletries and clean, fragrant towels. - rooms are cleaned daily with towel replacement, - available iron, kettle, and ironing board (with deposit), - the hotel grounds are well signposted with directions to attractions, bars, etc, - there is a bus stop about 100 m from the hotel, allowing you to reach the city center, the airport, Burgas, Nessebar, Ravda, Sveti Vlas, Pomorie. Gute Lage am Rande von Burgas mit Strandzugang und fußläufige Stadterreichbarkeit. Unser Aufenthalt war im Oktober nicht als Badeurlaub geplant. Nachdem jedoch Temperaturen bis zu 28°C herrschten und das Hotel über einen sehr schönen Pool verfügt, hätten wir nachmittags, nach unseren Besichtigungen, dort gern ein oder 2 Stündchen verbracht. Der Zugang zum Pool war jedoch durch Ketten gesperrt. Keine Sitz-, geschweige denn Liegemöbel. Die Sommersaison sei eben vorbei! Eine unglaubliche Unflexibiltät. Der Indoorpool war geöffnet - mit dem typischen Chlorgeruch von Hallenbädern etc. Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein draußen, für uns keine Alternative. Der Versuch dort Auskünfte zu erhalten, scheiterte beim ersten Mal an der Sprache - die Dame verstand ausschl. bulgarisch (Das Hotel hat angebl. 5 Sterne!) Beim zweitem Mal fragte ich den anwesenden Herrn, der in sein Handy starrte, ob es Handtücher für den Strand gäbe. Er schaffte es ganz kurz hochzuschauen um mir ein 'NO!' engegenzuschleudern und starrte wieder in sein Handy - wohl ein Zeichen, dass ich verschwinden solle - was ich tat. Die Frühstücksterrasse verfügt über einen schönen Außenbereich, der am Wochenende voll war. Ab Montag aber freie Tische hatte. Die waren aber nicht eingedeckt. Ich holte mir dann Servietten, Besteck etc und wurden interessiert von 3 herumstehenden Kellnern beobachtet. Untersützung? Serviceorentiertes Denken? Fehlanzeige! Wahrscheinlich war der Weg zum Tisch abräumen nun etwas länger - sorry dafür. Andere Gäste verfuhren übrigens genauso. Was hier funktionierte war die Schlußzeit des Buffets. Um 09:59h lag die Hand auf der Klinke - um 10:00h war die Tür geschlossen. Man durfte aber zu Ende essen und die Kaffeautomaten waren auch noch in Betrieb für einen weiteren Kaffee. Die Pianobar war geschlossen (saisonbedingt), nicht weiter schlimm. Man fragt sich nur, wer dieses Hotel mit 5 Sternen versehen hat. Die treffen wohl für das Gebäude, die großen Zimmer und die Lage zu. Für alles andere eher nicht.

Alles war sehr schön: Zimmer, Essen, Service, Personal. vor 5 Stunden eingeweiht (es war von der Straße, und waren sehr froh, dass Sie sich gleichzeitig einstellen konnten). Schöne Frühstück. Preise in einem Restaurant sind niedriger als in der Stadt. Responsive Mitarbeiter. Im Zimmer funktionierte alles, frische Reparatur, sauber und komfortabel. Alles ist einfach super!
