I'm an B.Sc.Electronics Engineer, 52 yo and a Businessman. Please read this entire message till the end if you want that your vacation is not ruined. Briefly; NEVER go to this place. The operator, Nicola Moscatiello, deleted all the conversations we had made via WhatsApp. But thank God that I forwarded the messages he wrote to me to the travel agency, his messages remain as a forwarded message in my other conversation! He doesn't speak English and can only communicate with you on whastapp. Pay attention to this person. Event-1 LATE CHECK-IN CHARGE Our train reached Polignano a Mare at 20:45. We arrived at the building around 21:15. There was no one. We called the given number. He told us we were late and that the check-in process to the hotel was finished at 18:00. He asked for 20 euros per room for us to enter the hotel LATE CHECK-IN and 40 EURO for cleaning. We paid 152 EURO for 2 rooms including taxes and were able to get in after waited in front of the main door for 45 minutes. The tourism agency said they had no right to ask for this money, but we were forced to pay to get in. We made the payment so that our holiday would not be ruined. However, for 5 days, our room was never serviced. Incident-2: THE GLASS DOOR of the SHOWER EXPLODED As my wife walked out of the shower, while she was sliding the glass door, it exploded and shattering into thousands of pieces with a huge noise. "Thank God no one was injured". We informed him and asked him to come urgently. As soon as Nicola arrived in the room, he urgently went downstairs to the (our) other room and he started to jam of the wheels which carry the glass with his hexagonal screwdrivers !!!! Please think, why he did it??? The next day he sned a message and said that the glass was 250 Euros and that he would give us 150 Euros, but that we had to pay 100 Euros kindly. He would get the money from the insurance company, of course. Therefore, we refused to pay. We spent rest of the vacation with hundreds of glass pieces in the room. Because it wasn’t cleaned well. Event-3 : RADIATOR FIX IN JULY ! After we checked out of the OTHER room where our 2 daughters were staying (they’re not kids, 19 and 21 years old), Nicola sent another message and the heat level adjustment part of the radiator had been removed and that they had to call a plumber. And it has a cost of course. After that, I spent 2 hours and went to the the local security force Carabinieri, to complain about the that man. When the officer told Nicola on the phone that I had complained, he gave up his request for money. PS: You'll find a photo of events and the bed sheet which welcomes us and never changed within 5 days. If you love the travel and Money, never go this place.
