Disappointing Stay at Himalayan Front Hotel
I recently stayed at the Himalayan Front Hotel by KGH Group, and I regret to inform that my experience was far from satisfactory. The first major letdown was the view from our room. Contrary to the stunning vistas showcased in online photos, the actual scenery, especially from the lower floors, was underwhelming. This clear discrepancy between expectation and reality was a disappointing start to our stay.
Furthermore, the hotel's location poses significant inconvenience. Nestled in a remote area, it lacks accessible transportation options. The hotel offers a shuttle service but only at restrictive times (9 am and 3 pm), which is hardly sufficient. Resorting to a taxi is the only other option, but be prepared for exorbitant fares that add unnecessary expense to the trip.
Another aspect that failed to meet expectations was the dining experience. The dinner buffet, priced at $15, was average at best. The options were limited and did not justify the cost. Additionally, the coffee served at breakfast was a letdown. As a coffee enthusiast, I found it lacking in both taste and quality – it did not live up to the standard of what one would typically expect.
Overall, my stay at Himalayan Front Hotel was marked by a series of disappointments. From misleading representations of room views to logistical challenges and subpar dining options, it fell short of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would advise potential visitors to consider these points when making their travel plans.
