Stayed for a Valentine’s wine tasting at 1620 Winery. Nicole was at the front desk and she was absolutely fantastic!! It was clear that providing her guests with the most positive experience was her top priority. I highly recommend Nicole and the Hotel 1620.

Let me start off by saying that this particular hotel holds a special place in my heart as I stayed here several times as a child. It WAS always extremely well kept, the staff WAS kind, it WAS tastefully decorated and WAS a peaceful family-oriented place to stay. However, new ownership is making all the wrong decisions to keep up with the old standards. For starters, they no longer have beach access, which is a huge disappointment! It would be better if they had no breakfast at all, considering they only provide bagels, bread, one type of cereal and waffle mix. The waffle mix ran out an hour before breakfast was over and they had zero interest replenishing it. Having said that, the same worker runs the desk and has no personality to be working with the public. He's not rude but looks miserable to be there and it makes your stay feel that much more uncomfortable because you can see he could care less about your presence. They seem to be losing focus on the stay, and spending more of their attention on getting outsiders in to use the bar. Perhaps they are getting by with the money made from the restaurant/bar, but they are forgetting about those that are spending the night. I will say that the women that runs the bar is very friendly, and the food was very good! But the New England Charm that the hotel used to bear, is now combined with a Miami vibe which just doesn't fit the scene. It is extremely tacky looking and has a picture of nude women on the wall that just doesn't seem appropriate for the setting considering families like ours are staying. Another distasteful display is the bright aggressive signs everywhere that read ”no food, no drinks, in pool & hot tub area. $200 Fine” I understand the reasoning behind no food and certain drinks in that area, but it seems a bit rough displayed in such a manner. Very short staffed! It seemed like the owners were the two-cleaning people, one person ran the desk and two ran the restaurant and they never left. I wondered if they lived there, I guess it shouldn't matter one way or another it's just sad how desperate everything feels. I think it would have been overlooked had they expressed gratitude for their guests, but you're lucky if you even got a smile apart from the friendly woman at the restaurant. Mind you, it breaks my heart to say anything bad about this place considering the years I spent going without a single flaw. I understand things change, but this is not for the good. The entire premises looks run down, and sadly I don't foresee this changing because of their poor customer relations and poor objectives. It's amazing what a can of paint will do. I would hate to see this place continue to go downhill; I really do wish the very best but they must get the courage to lose sight of the shore. Quite literately. they can't depend on alcohol and a pretty view to stay up float. I wish this review to be used as constructive criticism for the owners, because truly I want to continue on with the memorie

Diese Unterkunft ist eine wunderbare Aufgabe, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm zu machen. Alles ist sehr sauber und attraktiv mit Extras wie komfortable Stühle und ein Tisch. Da ich oft Knittern oder Nadeln arbeite, schätze ich die Anzahl der Lichter, die EINSCHLIESSlich eine Fußbodenlampe.

Reine und bequeme Unterkünfte für einen Besuch mit meiner Familie. Haustiere freundlich so kann ich meinen kleinen Hund mitbringen. Ich habe diesen Hampton in der Vergangenheit benutzt und werde wieder zurückkehren. Vernünftig bezahlt off-season in einer hochpreisigen Touristenregion.

Meine Kinder und ich beschlossen, für das Wochenende in der Schule im Februar aus Boston zu gehen. Wir hatten ein 2 Doppelbettzimmer und die Betten waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Zimmer war ein wenig klein, aber sehr sauber. Der Service und die Arbeiter waren großartig und freundlich. Der Pool war sauber (wie zu kalt) aber sicher und hatte schöne warme Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das kostenlose Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war lecker, schöne Ausweitung der Wahlen. Der Preis war erstaunlich erschwinglich! Insgesamt wird eine große Erfahrung, wird sicherlich für April Urlaub zurückkommen. 😊

Ich blieb hier im Juli für eine Nacht im Juli. Die Prüfung im Gange ging ok. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock schien sehr sauber zu sein. Es riecht von Bugspray. Ich habe mich nicht beschweren, da ich dachte, es wäre besser, ein Problem gelöscht und ”fixed” dann ein Problem zu haben und ignoriert. Das Bett war komfortabel, Bad sauber. Internet gut, Mobiltelefon Service war schwierig (Ich bin mit US Mobil). Ich bat um 1 Uhr spät abzusehen, da ich wirklich die zusätzliche Zeit benötigt habe. Zwei Büromädchen hatten nicht die ”Autorität”, um meinen Antrag zuzulassen. Ich musste den Morgenmanager fragen. Sie hat meinen Antrag glücklich zugestanden. Das kostenlose Frühstück ”Buffet” war eher wie ein kontinentales Frühstück, das meiner Meinung nach so genannt werden sollte. Eine Person kann das Menü ausbestellen. Ich bestellte ein Ham und Käse Omelett mit Heimkäse. Sehr wenig Ham und fast keine Käse. Heimkäse sah auf dem Außenseite gekocht, Dampf auf dem Inneren. Ich schickte es zurück und wurde nicht belastet. Ich habe dem Vordertafel über das arme Essen erzählt. Als ich meine Kleider in den Kleiderschrank verpackte, bemerkte ich tote Steine. Als ich nach Hause kam, bemerkte ich zwei weitere Steine auf meinem Tasche und im Truck meines Autos. Ich war überhaupt nicht glücklich. Werde ich hier nochmal bleiben? Vielleicht. Ich mag das Hotel, das vom touristischen Bereich von Plymouth neben dem Hauslager entfernt ist. Im Bereich der Sicherheit ist die Polizei im Grunde über die Straße.
