Nice place to stay that.

Bed awfull feel springs wake up with bad bk no windows make it extreme hot although they give u fan if u ask they desk top not powerfull air con doesn't wrk big nice room staff friendly did.t do Breakfast washing facility slightly overpriced in my opinion

4 of us girls on a night out. We had the best stay! We were aware that there was a shared bathroom and staff did remind us at check in but it didn’t bother us. It was absolutely immaculate. We have to say a big special thank you to Mumma Georgie who looked after us amazingly. She really made our stay. She ensured we had everything we needed and showed us around. Shane and the front desk team were also brilliant and recommended us where to go and gave us a nice welcome. Our room was absolutely huge we had our own dance floor to get ready had everything we needed. Yes as some reviews say it does get rather warm but it was fine because we went out and it cooled down once the daylight went. Keep the curtains closed and your room should stay cooler. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Spotlessly clean, nice extra touch’s like the lounge and coffee area, free breakfast was much appreciated with a sore head. We would all absolutely stay again. We’ve all travelled around the world and said it was one of our best stays for a low price. We did say that for the huge size of our room a sink would’ve been ideal but we can’t have it all. Don’t pay beer prices and expect champagne but honestly if you need a cheap place to crash on a night out this is your go to. We loved it! Thank you everyone. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was conveniently placed in the centre of Plymouth but I almost missed it as the entrance is just one door. The room was excellent as was the bed and facilities. I had an accessible room and the only fault was that I could not reach the rail in the wardrobe but they have promised me that this will be rectified as soon as I pointed it out. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast room was very hot and they could do with a couple more fans in there but the inclusive continental breakfast was perfectly adequate. No fancy bar or reception but perfect for what I needed. A little overpriced for what it was but I will stay again. Thank you

The hotel is in an unappealing part of the city. The entrance feels like a hostel. A twin room cost me just shy of £100 for the night, for which I got a dark and stuffy room with a high, thin, un-openable window at one end. The room itself was fine, but absolutely sweltering due to the lack of windows and only one fan. There is no air conditioning, as it was apparently in the process of being installed throughout the hotel, which meant all the ceilings had holes in and there was construction equipment in most of the corridors. The breakfast was severely lacking - poor quality coffee, a small selection of cereals, empty containers of what I assume had been juices, and toast. Theoretically we could also have 'requested' a bacon sandwich, but I saw no evidence of them. The hotel is also a seemingly endless maze of identical corridors, like something from a jump-scare video game. Overall, I would value my night here at about £30.

Hotel would be fine if it wasn’t for the unprofessional staff, Stayed in room 201 which is right next to the lift so all night is going up and down as the only access to the upper floors is via the lift, Staff made a comment that there are “permanent” residents on site - so make of that what you will… Unable to sleep due to the lift, told the staff at 05:30 when on my way to work, come back from work at 09:00 to check out and complain I had no sleep, spoke to a manager that obviously wasn’t senior staff as she didn’t have the “power” to issue a refund, then run round in circles between ********** and Oyo, Oyo offered £16 refund! Of the £76 I paid for the night. Will never go near an Oyo hotel again
