We have just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was very happy with the hotel. It is located 5-10 minutes walk from the hoe, Barbican & the town centre. The hotel is very clean and a massive plus is the on site car parking facility, The breakfast is really nice with cereals, toast fruit juice, lovely coffee plus farm produce bacon, eggs and sausages which was fab! They had several vegetarian and light options such as yoghurt and granola. The room including a small fridge, hairdryer kettle and fan. I found the bed a little soft but that is just my preference. The room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very nice, We thought we may hear noise being so central and did not hear any noise from outside or inside the hotel which was great Erica & Paul was lovely hosts and we would happily stay there again! Friendly guest house on a quiet street almost on the Hoe! Great to have its own carpark. Short stroll onto the Hoe, down to the Barbican or into city centre. Lovely room, spacious and very clean. We stayed in one of the larger doubles and had lots of room. Excellent breakfast with local butchers bacon and sausage. Would certainly stay here on our next visit.

Great place to stay,such a friendly welcome, nice room which was spotlessly clean and made comfortable from exceptional hot weather by provision of fan and window shields in room. Will definitely stay again. Many thanks.

This lovely family run hotel is cozy, clean and in a great location. Just a few steps from the Hoe and a short walk to the Barbican, where there are a variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was made to order

This beautifully appointed hotel is in a great position, close to the city centre and the Hoe, and just a short walk from the Barbican. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was also excellant. If staying in Plymouth again, I would definitely book here first.
