Sehr wütend, nicht freundlich, nicht korrekt und nicht freundlich Manager auf der Rezeption. Ich fühlte mich hier unvorstellbar Ruhe, unachtsam gegenüber den Gästen. Für andere Mitarbeiter keine Fragen, nur der Administrator hatte schreckliches Verhalten. Hoffen wir, dass der Administrator irgendwann die erniedrigende Haltung gegenüber sich selbst kennen und fühlen wird. Vielleicht wird sie in Zukunft eine gute Person sein, aber es gibt starke Zweifel daran. Nein, nie wieder zu diesem Hotel!

We stayed here 5 nights. As Diamond members. we were upgraded before our arrival to an awesome suite, which was greatly appreciated. We found everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. This hotel is particularly well designed, with high end finishes, great showers and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly and the room stayed cool during really hot weather...we only had to turn it on occasionally. The rooms are very well laid out. Our one bedroom suite had two full bathrooms, providing a fantastic level of comfort. The breakfast was great. We are plant-based and healthy eaters and both of us were very happy with the great selection of fruit, salad, olives, wonderful olive tapenade, breads and other fresh options. The hotel is perfectly located with the old town an easy walk away. There's also great grocery stores and a DM very close by as well. For me this was the rare flawless stay. I did not expect that in Bulgaria....great job by the team here. :)

Schon bei der Anreise ist es jedem Gast selbst überlassen, seine Koffer die steile Treppe zum säulengeschmückten Hoteleingang und von dort weiter ins Zimmer zu schleppen. Die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch möbliert und stehen zur Sanierung an. Fleckige Teppichböden, superharte Matratzen und sporige Fugen im Bad stehen im Gegensatz zur prätentiösen Fassade des Hauses. Im TV-Gerät kann nur ein (bulgarisches) Programm störungsfrei empfangen werden. Insgesamt eine nostalgische Erfahrung, wenn man Spitzen-Hotellerie im Sozialismus gekannt hat. Die jungen Mitarbeiter sind zwar freundlich, wirken hingegen etwas rat- und hilflos im Umgang mit Beschwerden. Ich hatte die erste Nacht schlaflos verbracht, wegen der brettharten Matratze, und am nächsten Morgen gebeten, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Diese Bitte musste ich im Lauf des Tages noch dreimal wiederholen, jedes Mal wurde ”sofortige” Problemlösung versprochen. Aber erst als ich des Abends spät zurück ins Zimmer kam, lag ein Matratzentopper quer auf dem Bett, nach dem Motto ”Anspruchsvoller Gast mit Sonderwünschen? Mach' Dein Bett gefälligst selbst!”. Was ich dann auch tat. Das Frühstück ist bulgarischer Standard, nur Weissbrot, dazu das übliche Büffet, Milchpulver-Cappuccino aus dem Selbstbedienungsautomaten.

The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff towards the client, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen, additional options in the form of the Internet and the gym attract and stand out from the rest of the hotels, given that the cost for all these conditions is quite affordable. For the first time, we came to Imperial Plovdiv last summer and the whole family fell in love with this place. Neue Gebäude, saubere, große, gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Großes Badezimmer mit perfektem Blei. Es gibt sogar ein Wärmegarten. Sehr komfortabeles Bett. Das Hotel ist im Park und Sportbereich der Stadt, es ist ziemlich ruhig. Aber ohne ein Auto in diesem Hotel gibt es nichts zu tun. Ich mag das Restaurant im Hotel nicht. Heute Abend ist fast unrealistisch. Das Restaurant ist mit Besuchern aus einem nahe gelegenen Wohngebäude, wo es offensichtlich keine Nahrungsmittelanlagen gibt. Sehr langsamer Aufzug

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

Perfektes Hotel für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto nach Plovdiv kommen, weil es nicht so nah am Zentrum durch Spaziergang. Wunderbarer Blick vom Deluxe Zimmer. Spektakulär komfortable. Nice Restaurant. Es hat einen Außenpool, aber wir bevorzugen das Vip-Paket vom Wellness!! Sauna, Dampfbad, Jacuzzi, Sala Relax und TV : alles für Sie!! Es gibt Ihnen auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu mieten, um die Stadt zu gehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung, so es ist sehr vorgeschlagen.
