Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten von der Gare du Quimper entfernt. Alles war sauber, aber nur die Decke ist nicht sauber. Aber ich bin damit in Ordnung. Ich kam zu spät zum Hotel, aber vor dem Haupteingang gab es Informationen mit falscher Nummer in Englisch. Ich war nervös, dass ich nicht in das Gebäude eintreten kann, weil es keinen Weg ist, das Hotel anzurufen. Aber danach fand ich die richtige Nummer in Französisch, und die verantwortliche Person informierte mich, wie ich den Haupteingang einsteigen kann. Er war nett. (Ich sagte es an die Rezeption, so dass sie es ändern könnte) Aber ich konnte nicht mit der Person, die für die Rezeption zu rund 22:00 Uhr zu sprechen, und es gibt nur Weg durch Anruf. Jedoch, ich konnte leicht einen Schlüssel (Es war in der Mailbox mit Passwort) und ins Zimmer. Für den nächsten Tag war die Person, die für die Rezeption zuständig war, freundlich. Sie hielt mein Gepäck für meine Reise freundlich.

Wir waren im August 2022 für vier Übernachtungen mit Frühstück in diesem Hotel. Es war das vierte Hotel von insgesamt sechs Hotels im Rahmen einer privat organisierten Frankreich-Rundreise. Positiv: - Zimmer in Ordnung, ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön - Badezimmer in Ordnung - Freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft - Viele kostenlose Parkplätze - Pool - Tägliche Zimmerreinigung auf sehr hohem Niveau Negativ: - Komplizierte Anfahrt aus den meisten Richtungen - Fußweg zur Innenstadt eigentlich kurz (Luftlinie), aber in der Realität sehr kompliziert bzw. auch stellenweise gefährlich - Umgebung mit Stadtautobahnen sehr laut - Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, renovierungsbedürftig an vielen Stellen - Frühstücksservice unterirdisch. Ein so schlecht organisiertes Frühstücksbuffet haben wir seit vielen Jahren nicht erlebt. Ständig fehlte etwas, wurde nicht oder sehr langsam nachgelegt, die Serviekräfte schienen komplett überfordert zu sein. Dafür 18 Euro pro Person zu berechnen, ist nicht angemessen. - Die Konzentration auf Busgesellschaften führt beim Frühstück und auch im gesamten Hotelbereich zu ”Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre”. Privatreisende stehen (im Moment) eindeutig nicht im Fokus der Bemühungen. - Restaurant war für Privatreisende geschlossen, Busse wurden bedient Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Die vier Sterne mögen nach den Richtlinien zutreffen, für uns entsprach der gebotene Standard einem Viersternehotel eindeutig nicht. Keine Empfehlung.

perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the cathedral. Car parking on site (€12 per day) but it's worth it in this central location. Room was clean & comfortable, with calm decoration. Breakfast was buffet style with OK choice, but the highlight was being able to eat outside in the courtyard, with a very Zen fishpond & planting. Dog-friendly hotel, and plenty of four-legged guests in evidence! Super-helpful staff, very friendly and witnessed very diplomatic treatment of some really awkward customers. Well done!
