This hotel has 70+rooms. More than half of it are without window. The twin beds room seem alright. Its small but you get hair dryer, iron & board, kettle, 2 minerals water bottles. Working aircon and hot water. Able to watch free to air TV channels from Malaysia and Singapore. Free simple breakfast include coffee, tea, powder orange juice, milk, cereal, white bread w toaster, jam and butter, water melon, orange, cherry tomato, lettuce, baked bean, hot dog, garlic bread, fries, spring roll, mini pau, mushrooms soup, porridge, fried rice, noodle. Not enough, walk out to the coffeeshop behind the hotel, open by 7am. Indeed, its time to change their set of towels and bed sheets etc, WORN out. Need improvement on this area. Those pictures displayed on booking websites seem like computer generated imagery. Outdoor parking charges seem to be covered by the mgmt. This hotel very suitable for running errands between banks as there are MORE than 10 foreign and local finance houses along Molek Utama. Overall, happy to stay here again as the daily rate is attractive for what it offer currently.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Johor Bahru and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel itself is located in an area with relatively light traffic, which is a nice bonus, although it is a bit farther from some of the more popular tourist spots. However, there's an Aeon shopping mall nearby, which provides convenience for shopping and dining. As for halal eateries, I wasn't able to find many in the immediate area, but there is Woodfire, a restaurant just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which serves good food. The hotel service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive and professional. While the location may not be ideal for those who want to be close to major attractions, the peaceful environment and the convenience of nearby amenities make it a solid choice. I would certainly not mind visiting again.

Dieses Exekutivzimmer ist größerer und sauberer (reiniger ist nur meine persönliche Meinung). Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich, minimal (wie der Name angibt) aber gemütlich, obwohl die Lärmschutzleistung verbessert werden könnte, da einige Lärm aus dem Korridor in bestimmten Zimmern hörbar war. Das Hotel liegt nicht in der Nähe von großen Malls, ist aber mit wenigen Kaffeegeschäften, Komfortgeschäften und Essen nur einen 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel ist auch etwa ein 30-minute Taxi oder Grab Fahrt von City Square JB, die es für große Attraktionen zugänglich macht. Insgesamt ist es eine solide Option für diejenigen, die eine gute Lage und komfortablen Aufenthalt wert.

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time

The location is superb, with various eateries around. Around 500m to a MCD and KFC. It’s also not too noisy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The toiletries provided were not sufficient, had to request from the reception for more. Some rooms also did not have a fridge. There were some flies in the room too.
