Es war in der Tat das schlimmste Hotel, das ich je in Malaysia geblieben habe. Bleiben Sie nicht verrückt von den Bildern, die sie gegeben haben. Ich habe ein Deluxe Familienzimmer und ein Deluxe Queen Zimmer reserviert. Nichts zu wundern. Sobald wir in das ”deluxe Familienzimmer” einstiegen, das ganze Zimmer einschließlich der Toilettengeräuche von Moth-Ballen!! Kannst du dir vorstellen, mit dem Geruch zu schlafen plus mit 2 Kindern (1 und 8 Jahre alt)? ! Es ist DAMN-Stoff!! Erste Würfel unter dem Tauschkabinett wahrscheinlich den Geruch des Bodens zu erfrieren und ein weiteres Hüft oben auf dem Deckel wahrscheinlich den starken Harn-/Wasser-Geschmack zu stoppen. Wenn wir auf dem Parkettboden unseres Zimmers stiegen, war es so fest und der Toilettenboden war noch schlimmer! Es waren sichtbare gelbe Pflaster auf dem Boden, die wahrscheinlich wie Harnpflaster ähneln. Die Toiletteboden war nass und gross, dass meine Schwester die ganze Toilette vor der Verwendung zu reinigen hatte. Nicht vergessen, dass meine Schwester auch keine Wahl hatte, sondern das Zimmer auf dem Boden zweimal zu reinigen, weil es zu klebrig war und als wir Barfoot auf sie laufen! Unter dem Kabinettssock war bereits schädlich und es gab überall Molls! Auch nicht vergessen, dass unser Zimmer nicht mit einem Fenster kommt und noch ist es teuer!! Wenn Sie nach einem Hotel für Ihre Familie suchen, auch für einen Nachtaufenthalt, ist das nicht das beste für Ihre Familie. Ich kann sagen, dass mit Lage, ist das wahrscheinlich nur ein Hotel für **********s. Wie Sie sich nicht vorstellen können, bis Sie im Zimmer gebucht und geschlafen haben, sind unsere Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Es gibt Blutfarben auf dem Bett und auch Blutfarben auf der Bettseite Wand. Ja, GROSS! Meine kleine Mädchen fragte sogar, was das ist. Wir waren offensichtlich so verärgert, dass wir unsere Füße nicht in die Blätter klappen. Scham für euch, dass ihr nicht gute Arbeit bei der richtigen Hauspflege und der Instandhaltung der Einrichtungen in den Zimmern gemacht habt.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, there were also several areas that need improvement. The room itself wasn’t very well maintained and had an old appearance. The furniture and decor looked dated, which gave the room a somewhat worn-out feel. Cleanliness could also be improved as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as fresh as expected. On the bright side, the hotel offers full amenities, which was a nice touch. The location is definitely a highlight—there are plenty of eateries nearby. We enjoyed a delicious meal of lok lok at a spot just a short walk from the hotel. The owner of the lok lok stall was extremely friendly and provided great service, which added to our overall experience. Overall, the hotel could use some updates and a focus on cleanliness, but the location and nearby food options were great.

Liebe die Menschen am Frontdesk, sie sind immer so glücklich und freundlich. Einchecken dauerte etwas länger als üblich, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr entschuldigt. Ich blieb im Stadtzimmer auf Ebene 12 gegenüber der Autobahn und dem Fluss. Zu meiner Überraschung war es ziemlich ruhig, ich kann nicht wirklich den Verkehr hören. Das Frühstück am Niveau 6 war ziemlich besiegt. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich gerade früher runter und es war großartig. Die Mädchen am Frühstück waren immer glücklich, uns zu begrüßen... halten Sie es auf 👍

Surrounded by lush greenery and the serene slopes of the golf course, the resort offers accomodation, four dining options,an Olympic size outpoor pool, an 18 hole par 72 golf course, tennis court, a fitness centre, a skincare and spa centre and a pro shop. The golf course blends natural terrain and tropical foliage to create a natural , challenging golf environment. By the way, the name 'Ponderosa' is derived from the name of a famous American pine. It is also the name of the famous cattle ranch in the hugely popular TV series, Bonanza.

Service: The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already Room: The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch. Bed: The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort. Room Smell: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected. TV Channels: The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available. Location: The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya. Carpark: The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk. 5-star hotel should have usb sockets on the wall

This hotel has 70+rooms. More than half of it are without window. The twin beds room seem alright. Its small but you get hair dryer, iron & board, kettle, 2 minerals water bottles. Working aircon and hot water. Able to watch free to air TV channels from Malaysia and Singapore. Free simple breakfast include coffee, tea, powder orange juice, milk, cereal, white bread w toaster, jam and butter, water melon, orange, cherry tomato, lettuce, baked bean, hot dog, garlic bread, fries, spring roll, mini pau, mushrooms soup, porridge, fried rice, noodle. Not enough, walk out to the coffeeshop behind the hotel, open by 7am. Indeed, its time to change their set of towels and bed sheets etc, WORN out. Need improvement on this area. Those pictures displayed on booking websites seem like computer generated imagery. Outdoor parking charges seem to be covered by the mgmt. This hotel very suitable for running errands between banks as there are MORE than 10 foreign and local finance houses along Molek Utama. Overall, happy to stay here again as the daily rate is attractive for what it offer currently.

Stangen auf Bettwäsche, Staub auf der Decke 4 Ecken, hatte ein seltsamer Geruch, Luftkon war glücklich kalt. Boden hatte Staub und Toilettenschließung funktionierte nicht. Sie kommen nicht wieder.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Front Desk ist schnell und freundlich (Es gibt auch eine Maschine, die mit Ein-/Auscheckung auch helfen kann). Klimaanlage ist stark, Wasserdruck ist gut. Es gibt Kühlschrank und Wasserdispenser. Aber kein Taschentuch und die Gürtel blockieren nur 90% des Sonnenlichts. Das Zimmer hat gute Beleuchtungen. Aber ich hatte einen ziemlich unglücklichen Vorfall. Ich ging aus, um um 8 Uhr zu essen. Ich verließ meine Frau allein im Zimmer, da sie sich nicht gut fühlte und wollte ein paar Augenschließungen. Ein paar Minuten nach meiner Abreise kam mir jemand (eine Dame) ins Zimmer. Meine Frau schlief, aber glücklich erwachte sich und die Dame, die eintrat und schnell ging. Das Front Desk dann ruft und integrierte meine Frau, um zu fragen, ob sie das Zimmer reserviert, ihren Namen und ob sie heute angemeldet hat. Das ist ziemlich hoch. 1. Wie kann man einen Schlüssel an jemand anderem ohne Check-in ausgeben? 2. Welche Chancen passiert es, als ich das Zimmer 3 verließ? Ich habe mit dem Vordertafel geprüft und ich wurde dem ”Gast” gesagt, dass sich die Nummer ihres Zimmers verwirrt. So öffnet ihr Schlüssel alle Türen? 4. Wie wusste das Vordertafeln so schnell? Auch wenn der andere Gast sagt: ”Hey, gibt es jemand in meinem Zimmer” warum nicht mit ihr zuerst überprüfen? Grundsätzlich danach verließ ich das Zimmer nicht. Ich habe sichergestellt, dass die Tür lackiert war und ich den Stuhl vor der Tür gesetzt. Einiges, ich fühle es wirklich sehr aufregend, dass es passiert, wenn ich aussteige, und sie kam mit dem Zimmerschlüssel.
