Second time visiting here and it’s amazing! Loving the service and how clean the hotel is:) club lounge was very cozy too:) the one thing I will say about what makes this so special, is the service.. service staff and reservations team member, Chee Yen, is really good:)

Hi.. sorry for a delayed late review. I would say is a budget decent hotel for short stays. Aircon not yet serviced its either very cold or warm. Was given a different room when check in found room floor very wet and no power supply exchanged room reception counter malay girls are prompt in checking and Checked in to another room everything else was okay except the TV one part of it faulty display. It didnt affect the view that much as we went on a short 2days trip . There are alot walking distance eateries nearby halal and also spa. Massage is very good. Near Aeon Mall about 20min from hotel. The staff are polite. They have an in-house cafe serves decent food options for breakfast. Overall good experience.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room was quiet and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. Although there was no breakfast, everything else made up for it. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

The lobby is welcoming. Rooms had been updated with new furnishings. But my room was facing the main roads and the revving of the hell riders way past midnight was horrendous. However, soundproofing from noise from other rooms was good.
There were rooms further down the aisle. The noise pollution wouldn’t be so bad if I was given a room away from the main roads.
They do provide disposable toothbrush/paste, and reusable slippers.

Toilet good. Staff helpful and polite.
However flooring tiles in the room are loose and noisy when stepped on. Aircon noisy. TV reception not good.
This room not recommended to stay in.

First time staying at this hotel. Quite cute but cosy. Clean and acceptable condition. Away from the main road and its not that noisy at night.. Nearby a petrol station where you can buy your snacks etc.

If just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone.
