"If just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone."

Staff was impeccable, and it was definitely a comfortable stay. Many eateries and massage places nearby, including Aeon Mall. Midvalley is just a 15-minute drive away.

CChu Chee LoongLage und Restaurant sind praktisch. Das Zimmerdesign ist modern, aber die Toilette ist mit ihrer Glaswand, die als Familienzimmer konzipiert ist, ungeeignet, abgesehen von einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen und einer Kakerlake, die uns begrüßt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine gute Erfahrung und wir planten sogar unseren nächsten Trip mit Kyoto, bevor wir auscheckten, bis wir am 10. November auf die Rezeptionistin der Morgenschicht trafen, die ein Verhaltensproblem hatte und der Check-out-Prozess langsam war. Das Servicepersonal an der Front ist wichtig, was für ein „guter“ Start in den Tag, als ich beim Auschecken das schwarze Gesicht sah.

The room itself wasn’t very well maintained and had an old appearance. The furniture and decor looked dated, which gave the room a somewhat worn-out feel. Cleanliness could also be improved as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as fresh as expected.
On the bright side, the hotel offers full amenities, which was a nice touch. The location is definitely a highlight—there are plenty of eateries nearby. We enjoyed a delicious meal of lok lok at a spot just a short walk from the hotel. The owner of the lok lok stall was extremely friendly and provided great service, which added to our overall experience.
Overall, the hotel could use some updates and a focus on cleanliness, but the location and nearby food options were great.
