No free parking ，park at your risk,no shampoo，no body wash，dirty

Nearby area most of the food stall closes at 1600hrs. Left only the Indian stall that’s open until late night. Hotel location to Aeon mall drives 15 mins. Hotel nearby mostly are hardware shop and car show area. Nothing much at here. During night time should avoid heading out as the road side most lane no lights.

Terrible hotel, room is smell cant even sleep with it. Book this hotel base on review and rating turn out is all buzzer review the hotel not even a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. The photo is over retouch not as real. Not recommended to book and stay. One thing good about this hotel is the staff is helpful and friendly.

Rooms are quite Big in Size. Aircon water is leaking and Tv is not working. Shampoo bottles are empty.

Checking in service Abit slow. Toilet door entrance very small.

Stains on bedsheet linen, dust at ceiling 4 corners, had a weird smell, air con was cold luckily. Floor had dust and toilet lock wasn’t working. Won’t come back again.

The room size is decent for short stay. Most importantly is clean. Our room AC is very cold and water heater is working properly. The night security was very helpful but midnight reception is a little slow to process check-in.

went there for an impromptu stay (& played with fireworks as it was the new year!), checking in took long as the staff was new but it is okay, the room was small but good for a night stay. Bedsheets had staining seen due to long usage but was comfortable. Towels had smell on them and smelled as though they did not dry enough. Toilet is okay however there are no toiletries provided. Hairdryer was attached to the wall. No complimentary drinks provided but had cups and you can get instant coffee made at the hotel lobby. Parking 🅿️ was okay as there were many lots but to park at your own risk. There is Aeon mall nearby, overall location is still acceptable.

Location is near to austin. Price is cheap for budget hotel. Thin walls maybe just partition board. Overall ok.

Space is quite squeezy for family of 4. Bed is big enough but there's not much space to walk or put stuff. Customer service is excellent. We requested a change of shampoo and they provided us. Environment of the hotel is average, the lift is rlly old. The toilet works fine but there isnt a separation so if someone showers, the whole toilet is wet. There's hot water and water pressure is fine. I did find a cobweb hanging in my room. Pillows and bedsheets have some stains. Other than that, everything is fine for a night stay.

got issues with order.. They didnt close the room availibities . Then when asking the team, they said that's is not reception problem . that was back end problem . fulaweh . they say if want complain , put inside the apps

Great place for a short gateway, but don't expect much as it's purely just for staying.
