Location is superb, even without car you can walk to MidValley SouthKey mall and there are eateries and minimart just outside the apartment. The owner is friendly and prompt in response over WhatsApp. Check in process and instructions were clear too. Security was good though in terms of the check-in process. However once we stepped in, we see hair and tiny balls of dust in the living room, the dining table / placemats were rather oily and beneath the placemats the dining table has dried up “water marks”, oily too. Both the toilet doormats were also very thin and don’t seem to be able to dry our feet, besides they felt quite unclean too. The dry kitchen table top and kitchen cupboard area had tiny ants… and no disposable kitchen towels or tissues provided. The master bedroom smelled of urine, not sure if it’s the floor mat or the floor itself. Also, the toilet paper that was available in both toilets are half used, no extra new ones were placed for contingency (and indeed it was not enough). The beds and towels also felt like they were not cleaned/washed prior our stay. Sadly we didn’t feel as comfortable as the other apartment rentals in JB. Unfortunately we didn’t take any photos but this was our real experience.
