Room was very clean and tidy, location was great, there is a lot of restaurants and coffee shop in the area , value for money. KSL is about 800 meter

Fast check-in, but room was opened with a chair at the room door. It could be to air the room after cleaning as there is no window in the room. Wish there is a small bench below the clothes rack so can put the backpacks. Good enough for 1 night stay

There’s no lift so had to climb a flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby. No lift even at the lobby, have to climb stairs to get to room. Not suitable for elderly and those with wheelchair, huge luggage, prams, etc. There’s mosquitoes in the room and I got bitten. The aircon is inconsistent and not cold enough. Water dispenser only available at the lobby. No bottled water provided. The mattresses are so so only, not so comfortable. Towels worn out and not so good.

Water from shower sometimes come out small and big, pressure not consistent

There was ample parking lots along the road in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was hot. There is a nice hotpot restaurant along the stretch too

Environment not bad , nearby a lot of cafe n restaurant. Cleanliness of the room not bad, I like the location.

Location wise, it is located near many food and massage places, which makes it ideal. Service was decent, but cleanliness was below average. There were some stains on the bed. No bottled water was provided, so we had to go take water from a dispenser on another floor. The toilet's door had issues, too. It had problems opening and closing.

Good place to stay and just relax with good location.

Room is comfortable for a night stay. Sound proofing can improve to reduce noise from outside. No window. Public parking available outside hotel. Overall ok, can book again.

Great service. Our room is a lil bit small and don't have space for sholat, i request to change another room and the guys at the reception say Ok and help me. Really appreciate for it. The location is great and got pleanty of shop such as FamilyMart, Lavender & etc.

New, nice and clean. Suitable for short stay business travellers.

Location was great, it’s near to many food places! The room size is okay for one night stay. Hot water was great. Bed and pillows were good too. Cleanliness is definitely not the best, there’s mould near the toilet door frame. But overall okay for one night stay.

One of the memorable trips we had in JB. Nearby shops, massage place. How I loved the slow Sunday mornings here. The receptionist was friendly & polite. Thank you for that wonderful experience.

when we went inside the room we realised that there was dust at the side of the floor (beside the bed) and also on the bed/pillow. there was also stains (maybe ink stain) on the bed. the cleanliness can be improved.
