The upstairs great room has painted wood plank cathedral ceilings and a dining area with ample seating for 8 and 3 at the breakfast bar. The lake-side upper deck is the entire width of the home, with generous space to relax and mingle. It also includes dining for 6. With two bedrooms upstairs, the master suite is lakeside with deck access to a semi-private seating area. The downstairs consists of a living room, dining for 8, with an additional sink and refrigerator, two bedrooms, and access to the lower level covered area and fire table. The property is conveniently located - 1/2 mile to a public boat launch, restaurants, bars, and the infamous Tom's Donuts. Pontoons, Fishing boats, and Jet Skis are available to rent locally.
