Staff was friendly and professional. Warm cookies on arrival. Room was spacious and clean with a decent view of the green lawn and shrubs/trees from the room window and the hall window. Bathroom had double sink and double shower (no tub, which was fine with us). Shelby Campbell’s restaurant was fantastic. We ate there for dinner and the included hotel breakfast. For dinner we sat at the sports bar and enjoyed whatever game was on with the bartenders and other guests. The bartenders created a very friendly atmosphere. Food was good—burgers and stepped-up comfort options made well. The included hotel breakfast was fantastic—not a buffet—you order off the menu, limited options but the usuals. I had the best veggie omelet ever. Thank you! Will stay again.

The welcome when checking in was a little cold and the room they gave us had some sort of crumbs all over the carpet which was a little disappointing considering we're almost always going for new and renovated Fairfields as they're usually very clean.
