Hotel Palco in close proximity to the Grand Convention Center has an old world charm. Friendly Staff and lots of local fresh fruits and cuisine. The rooms were clean, comfortable and suited for business travel. Taxis were available to explore Havana.

Very bad service. Dirty place. Food was no well cooked. Roaches everywhere. I will stay away from Havana and Cuba. Better destinations around the Caribbean. Specially Mexico Cancun and Dominic Republic Punta Cana. More for the money and quality

Ótima estrutura dentro do hotel , com bar e cafeteria 24 horas, restaurante. Café da manhã com bastante opções. Hotel velho mas bem conservado. Linha completa de canais na Tv. Único problema é a distância do centro de mais de 10km. Nenhum atrativo próximo do hotel.

Un hermoso y tranquilo hotel, con muy buen servicio, trabajadores muy atentos, las mejores vistas son las habitaciones que están frente a la piscina, la comida bastante bien, los baños impecables, las sábanas y toallas...

這家酒店過去一定很不錯。就像哈瓦那的其他所有的酒店一樣，這家酒店迫切需要更新。有人告訴我們，這次旅行中我們被換到了這家酒店，這樣我們就不會因為奧巴馬總統的來訪而被耽擱行程。酒店提供食物不好吃。我們在那裡的那天晚上沒有水洗澡。一個維修工來到我們的房間，告訴我們快上床睡覺吧，水早上才能有。一個樂於助人的人在凌晨1點給房間打電話，告訴我們水的供應已經恢復了。真的嗎？至少廁所還能用，比我們在Plaza酒店的經歷要好。古巴還沒有準備好迎接遊客的到來，而且在很長一段時間內也不會。
