Hotel Metropolitan Playa 3 Sup

Machen Sie sich nicht die Mühe, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Die Angestellten sind unhöflich und wollen Ihnen nicht helfen, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool gebucht, wurden aber in eines mit Blick auf die Straße geworfen und all der laute Lärm hielt uns die ganze Nacht wach, sagte ich den Mitarbeitern und sie waren es nicht störte am wenigsten. Das Frühstück war schlecht, wenn man bedenkt, dass es um 8 Uhr morgens öffnete, gingen wir um 8 Uhr morgens hinein und es war kalt und schleimig! ! Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man keine Katze schwingen kann, und wir erwarteten ein Bad, aber es war so klein, dass man keins haben konnte! Das ganze Hotel ist veraltet. Die Mitarbeiter und die Gäste sehen dich böse an und starren dich ständig an, da 99,9 % von ihnen keine Engländer sind. Wenn du also deine Beine ausgebreitet hast (wir sind im Urlaub), schämst du dich. Wir haben am Tag nach der Ankunft tatsächlich ein anderes Hotel gebucht, da ich meinen Urlaub nicht in diesem Höllenloch verbringen wollte!

We did not stay in Metropolitan hotel but we had very bad experience with the receptionist ( I think his name was Florin). We have received a dinner voucher at our hotel and we have been told to pay directly at Metropolitan. When we came to reception, Florin came from restaurant to tell us (without even say Hi or asking how he can help us) it is 10 minutes until 7pm so the dinner is not open yet and told us to go away from reception so his boss will not see us on the camera waiting. From 7, we came to reception again. Florin was on the phone and there was a guest already waiting at the reception desk, so we have been waiting in a queue. He came after 10 minutes, he completely overlooked the guest standing in front of us and he started talking to us in a very rude way what are we still doing there, he was already very unprofessional and he told us to go to our hotel, eventhough we clearly explained why we are there and wanted to pay for dinner. The lady at restaurant was trying to help, but he was still shouting something while we have been walking to restaurant so we decided to leave - we have lost our appetite. Since he was following us from the hotel still shouting, I told him that this was very bad customer service and he kept shouting, making scene in front of other guests. We asked for his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag but he refused to tell us. We are travelling a lot and never experience such a poor customer service before!

our room was lovely but the majority of restaurant staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful however the staff on reception were. we were a group of english girls and the hotel was in a very popular german area which we did not know and made us feel rather unsafe. there were silverfish insects in our room on arrival but the rest of the room was fairly tidy. hotel was in a good location, close to the beach, and the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous. we chose the half board option and the breakfast was a good spread but quite a small selection. dinner at the hotel was not great and you had to PAY FOR DRINKS at dinner at the hotel and in the pizza restaurant where you can also choose to eat dinner as part of the package. the food here was better than the hotel but still not amazing. won’t be returning to this hotel or area of mallorca but the apartment room we had was a great size for our group of 3.

This hotel is catered mainly for the German nationals, with only the odd English here, but it is a predominantly German resort. The hotels that dater for the English could learn a lot from this hotel on how to look after people, as the room had almost everything we need, apart from a kettle and cups, so we took our own. We stayed half board, for 4 nights, and the food was very good quality, with a good choice, all cooked fresh and was always hot, both at breakfast and evening meals. Weve stayed at some 4* hotels, catered for English, and they weren't as good as this hotel. The real gripe we had tho was the prices of the drinks, very expensive for a hotel, even in the resort we found so much cheaper. Granted, you expect to pay more on the hotel but not €1-1.50 more for a large beer, and this would probably be why the bar was fairly quiet while we were there. If you want entertainment, come here for the comedy show, we'll that's what we thought it was, but it was the disco. In the two nights we see it a chap walks in, pull back the curtains, plug in his laptop and stands there, says nothing, and played the same music on both occasions. Hence to say we upped and went out. Would we stay again... Yes

Party hotel , no real care for guests , loud annoying guests shouting all through the night , bald receptionist was nice that’s honestly the only nice thing I can even say . Pool area was always mobbed with party goers which is fine but again had no idea this was the sort of hotel

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and airy rooms. The pool area was alway immaculate and tranquil. The food was great and bar prices reasonable. Staff were efficient and friendly. A fantastic 3 star plus hotel.

When we arrived the hotel main reception was being refurbished and looked like a mess, not the best first impressions! When we checked in the man on reception didn’t understand us and did not speak English which i appreciate as it is in Spain but working in a hotel first hand we bilingual which should be standard for a hotel. The room was okay and a nice size but we booked a double room and got 2 single beds pushed together which was a disappointment. The TV was in every other language apart from English and when we phoned the reception about this they hung up on us. Our room was not cleaned once during our 5 nights stay even though we asked the reception team numerous times. The bed sheets were dirty, had blood stains on, brown marks and cigarette ash marks on too which is disgusting. We didn’t receive any clean towels during our stay, which we also requested with the reception team and they promised this would be done. The standard of cleanliness at the hotel was disgusting and the bed even had a bug in! Working in a hotel first hand this is appalling and no one should have to stay in a hotel like this. The website advertises a hotel and bar which is not open and when we asked reception they hung up on us again! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and i don’t think we should have to pay for this stay at all! The hotel advertises a 24 hour reception which wasn’t the case at all they went home by 9pm!

Hemos solicitado si tenían hielo para poder tomar un vino en nuestro balcón de la habitación, porque no tienen frigobar, por " dice la Recepcionista por ser de 3 estrellas" cosa que no nos ha ocurrido en otros hoteles 3 estrellas. Y no dan hielo, hay que comprar una Coca o cualquier otra bebida nos dan dos cubitos. Quisimos pedir de comprarlo. Y no imposible. Realmente habla de la mala predisposición del servicio. Venimos de un recorrido de más de 30 Días en todo España y en todos hemos solicitado o enfriar el vino en alguna heladera o solicitar hielo nunca nos salieron con esta situación. Lamentable.
