Hotel-Apartamentos Andorra

We arrived 6th April and booked a superior room,bed and breakfast, bedroom lovely and living and kitchen area really nice too, kitchen has everything you need , the fridge had a little freezer so we could by ice and ice creams . There wasn’t a plug for the bath but I removed the one from the sing in the bathroom. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed every day, The beds are comfortable and blankets and pillows are great too. Breakfast very basic we went twice. I found a super market 5 mins away that sold everything very cheap so would make our own breakfast rather than go to the breakfast in the morning. Much nicer and felt like home. Pool area very quiet if you want peace then this is the hotel! No balls or inflatables aloud for kids, nothing in the hotel for kids! Lifeguard strict as soon as he hears a bounce of a ball he’s on the people saying NO! Also No music played, We spent most mornings in other hotels that we have stayed in the past and would spend afternoons in Andorra hotel, The pool area opens at 9.30 and shuts at 6 but lifeguard puts the chain up earlier and the bar shuts before 6 also! There is no shower room for your last day! It was cheap for us to come so it did the job!

The location is perfect within walking distance to bars and beach,rooms are very modern and well equipped we had breakfast which caters for everyone's taste , staff are very friendly overall can not fault these apartments. We will return has we have been many times.

First impressions are hotel is a little dated however very clean and really lovely staff except a few. Our room was ok although a little small and dated, the shower turned out to be a bath with a showerhead that moved around as you showered but water was hot and constant. A/C Was fairly good and quiet. Pool area was nice for us with a small child as ball games and inflatables aren’t allowed neither is any music. This was maintained well, they did monitor people reserving beds and not using them but still plenty of people would do this, but we never had issues getting a bed. The breakfast came with it and the food and staff was very good. Cocktails and drinks from pool bar were superb. Safe was free with deposit large key No the bad The internet is useless, we spent two day unable to connect at all and a lady telling us we had selected wrong WiFi name, I asked two days for her to reset it but she said it was good signal. Eventually she called someone else he said it was the WiFi name we had selected and he would reset the WiFi on our room area, it immediately connected but never worked at any decent speed. We had to let our 8yr old connect to our hotspot and pay a packet in fees. First time in years we’ve not had decent WiFi and was a nightmare with a child. Finally the noise in our room was horrendous I joked it was like a prison with all the slamming banging and dragging chairs at all hours. Despite asking reception repeatedly we only had one night of relative quiet. The walls a paper thin we heard people using toilet, I mean using not just flushing. Guy next door snoring like a chain saw I’ve never been so happy to go home for quiet. All that said the beds were very comfortable I would give 1 star if not for the staff
