Marola Park

Almost 4 star worthy but not quite because the gym is not anymore what the pictures show on their webpage. There is only one multifunctional wire operated ”thing” that is not very usable. And the treadmill was broken. As was the spa. Otherwise very clean, comfy little hotel, small swimming pool area with basic pool bar and nice surroundings. Ceiling fan in the room can be operated by app, which they did not tell you in the reception, but I knew beforehand. Small (tiny) ants some time in the kitchen area but does not bother me, I’ve seen much worse elsewhere. The small supermarket on the side of the hotel has the nicest owner ever, she is so helpfull and friendly, go and support that place eventhough the super cheap mercadona supermarket is just few minutes walk away. Lastly, walk down to the beach is doable but coming back to this hill is pain in the knees, taxi is much more nicer way and costs only about 4€.

We have been in this hotel before. Nice and quiet hotel. Most of the guest is older people from scandinavia. The pool is nice and there is aleays space for you. Location is really good, you can easily walk everywere from the hotel. Room was clean and comfy.

Stayed here for 5 nights end of February with my husband, first floor studio which was okay but only two plug points with one being in the bathroom. Staff on reception were friendly and pool was nice and chilled with plenty sun beds, was about 15 mins walk in to central of las Americas, dont think I I would return to these apartments

I encountered several issues at this place unfortunately. The first one is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, even after I put multiple blankets and towels under the sheet I still woke up with back pains. Then, there are very few sockets in the apartment, none near the bed! Even in the kitchen there's only one so can only use one appliance at a time. So you either come prepared with an extension cord/splitter or try to ask for one. Now, the third issue is that the people working at the reception are not very helpful :(. The cleaning people took away the small soaps we were given on the first day, even though they weren't nowhere near used up, I asked to get them replaced several times to no avail. They literally refused even though they took them away. And their excuse was that this is a three star hotel!!! I've been to better 2 stars hotel to be honest, they obviously don't understand what 3 stars is supposed to be. It's ridiculous to not offer at least something as basic as soap. Also people working there weren't much knowledgeable about things on the island, for example had no clue how the bus app would work. And in general had to ask repeatedly for something needed several days in a row, until I finally gave up and stopped asking them anything. On the plus side, the hotel is well located, not far from the beach, close to a big supermarket and lots of places to eat. There's also a bus stop just outside which is very convenient, for example bus to airport and the one to Teide pass by here. The other plus is that the small kitchen is pretty well equipped, if you manage to plug in somewhere all the appliances that is. They do clean the apartments pretty regularly too.

me and my friend (both age 18) came to Tenerife and stayed here for 6 nights. It was our first girls holiday and we really weren’t disappointed! The hotel is fabulous and we had a pool view room which was VERY big, spacious kitchenette and fridge and a huge balcony, we really did love it. The staff where so nice and accommodating, as soon as we arrived we where told it was going to be about an hour wait for the room which was fine for us as we wanted to explore the area anyway and they Put our luggage into the locked luggage room. But we were given a map and shown recommendations on where to go for food, drinks, supermarket etc. which was so good to know! The maids make the room IMMACULATE, I honestly wish I could just give them all a pat on the back because our room was never left untidy once. The pool area is really relaxing and pool wasn’t cold. Plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers. The pool bar food and drink was also very nice and cheap too😊 altogether I couldn’t recommend this place enough the location is perfect too, we walked to the beach everyday maybe around 5 minute walk but doesn’t even feel like that. Well done to all the staff for being so nice x

Just come back from Marola apartments, wonderful hotel staff are amazing and the maids do a wonderful job . Very good location , very close to every thing, swimming pool is lovely and fresh towels supplied daily for swimming pool . The only negative thing o have to say that would put me of coming back here is the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. If not for the beds I would definitely come back and recommend those hotel , so please sort this out

We stayed 10 nights here at the Marola Park and loved every minute of it even tho the temperature was very high,, could do with air con,, however it wouldn't put us off staying again,, very clean and fabulous staff who go out of their way to be helpful,, we will be back next year 😎😎😎
