Good location next to *****. Good for what it’s there for. Wouldn’t advise for families.

Probably the worst place we ever stayed in. The location is next to the nightlife in the island which is the only good part of this experience. The “hotel” was extremely dirty everywhere and full of dust due the refurbishment while they are open to public, even if we paid over €150 per night for this Were no signs advising the dangers due the works, like electricity cables left uncovered or lift button missing. Staff were rude and disrespectful but a special thank you would go for Desiree which was professional and smart and made a little difference. Cannot believe how the management of this place not take action due those terrible customer experience but even worst cannot believe how Booking. Com is selling this kind of places especially with those rates.

Big refurbishment going on at the moment, we stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very spacious and well equipped, my only problem with the room was in the main bedroom there were 2 single beds put together and they constantly kept moving so much so I fell through the middle twice. Lot of money being spent on this refurbishment the hotel could have put decent beds in and something more than a thin cover needed in January STAFF - All female reception staff polite, male receptionist could do with looking like he actually enjoyed his job POOL AREA - small pool, pool bar not always open LOCATION - great spot for everything and Adeje and Playa Del Americas main bars and shops all within walking distance.

Lovely four day break with my son. We visited Siam Water Park which was walking distance from our apartment. Our first time in Tenerife . Ate out at a selection of restaurants .Violet at reception was super helpful. Housekeeping were excellent and standards were very high .Thank you . My only request would be , to please put a hairdryer in the studio apartment . Amenities close by. Food available poolside. Cushions on the sun loungers would have been nice. Check out for 11am , although we did not fly home until 18:00 , we could leave our luggage safely , in behind reception and there was a shower area downstairs where we could freshen up before flying home.Greatly appresiated. An amazing place for vacation stay. Freshly renewed, clean and cozy room with minimalist design, comfortable beds, much space, kitchen, balcony, bathroom - everything you need to cook, have a rest, refresh yourself and keep your stuff. A very good option of our room was the panel wall which you can move in case to divide the space and make two rooms from one. You will be able to have a bedroom and living room with kitchen. Very useful if you are working remote. Near the hotel there is huge amount of shops, supermarkets, high rated restaurants and cafes, huge beaches and a promenade with ocean view and magnetic sunsets.

Amazing staff, polite, helpful, would help with any requests immediately. Clean , ample space and for facilities. Get what you pay for. Everything on your doorstep, Arranged anything I needed , I would have not stayed here if I took any notice of reviews, there always go to be fussy negative people. Will be returning shortly. Absolute shambles!! Paid 566 for 4 night and they take almost 200 extra off my account as a holding deposit even though I was assured it wouldn’t come out my account, however it did and I was made to feel like a piece of **** from the receptionist when I questioned it! Rang his manager and he clearly didn’t realise I understand Spanish and listened to him slagging me off, so told him to ring the police as they had stolen money from me! changed his tune and was pretty much told from the manager on the phone that I have to deal with it 🤷🏼‍♀️ but ye I was being ripped up from him! Horrible customer skills and just totally insulting! Horrible people also threatening to throw me out the hotel coz I questioned it 😂 I think I was in my right to question it tbh

Just back yesterday after a week here. I’ll give an honest view here because it’s important to be factual in these reviews. We stayed in room 408. Firstly it’s a building site right now but that’s ok, they are improving the place. • 2 bed apt was €2013 for the week and definitely overpriced at that. •The shower Kept blocking after every use and the water would flow out into the kitchen area. They were very slow to come and sort the problem but even after that it kept happening. • The door of the apartment kept opening in the wind. You couldn’t lock it from the inside. • the lack of staff here was incredible. There was one person in reception, that’s it. • there was no security in the place. The ease for anyone to walk in was just incredible. It should be key card entrance. • there were people openly dealing and taking ***** on the steps of the entrance here. The cleaners moved them on several times which is crazy. But to be fair and balanced the location was good and the apartment was spacious and beds comfortable. So the issues above can be addressed. Would I return. Probably not. But that’s more to do with las Americas as a resort rather than the apartments. There is no police presence on the streets and the availability of ***** was everywhere and they were in your face trying to sell them to you. Maybe I’m just getting old at 52.

Initially for the price I thought this hotel was good the receptionist was lovely and we had a newly refurbished room even a washer and it was in a brilliant location but the night before we went home when I was packing my case i come to realise that the cleaners cannot be trusted as we went in December not all days was it sunny there so for the previous day or two I hadn’t worn my sunglasses I then come to realise my sunglasses had been stolen! I wouldn’t stay here again as I don’t go away to get my belongings stolen and myself yes I have learnt a valuable lesson never leave your stuff laying around in your room!
