"Parque Santiago 1" - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife.
Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The beautiful complex has a fully refurbished and modern swimming pool area and is surrounded by tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April).
The property contains FREE internet and TV - including BBC1 & ITV1.
From Parque Santiago 1, you have immediate access to the beach front and it's an easy walk to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Siam Aqua Park is ten minutes away by car. Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy taking in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.
ABOUT THE ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT, PARQUE SANTIAGO, TENERIFE
This is a lovely, ground floor, pool-side apartment with a bright, sunny terrace which overlooks the delightful pool area. The private terrace contains a dining table and chairs along with two sunbeds - an ideal place to enjoy your morning cornflakes; a cool beer in the afternoon or simply nip back from the pool for refreshments.
There is a spacious and cool sitting room with TV, FREE internet, two reclining armchairs and a double sofa. Stilvolles Apartement mit ein paar Verbesserungswünschen
Das Apartement sticht über seine stilvolle Einrichtung heraus. Die Möbel sind bequem und die Deko macht es sehr wohnlich. Es sind viele Haushaltsgeräte (sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Toaster) vorhanden. Die Sonnenterasse mit Markise ist wunderschön zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, besonders mit der kleinen Hecke. Klimatisiert sind die Zimmer nicht, jedoch gibt es Ventilatoren.
Der Komplex befindet sich in Las Americas. Das heißt Massentourismus, kaum freie Parkplätze und an jeder Ecke wird aggressiv versucht, den Urlaubern Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Besonders unverschämt: Die Liegen am Pool kosten 2,50 pro Tag. Das liegt nicht an Scott, aber er sollte es erwähnen in der Beschreibung. Und trotzdem wurden Liegen reserviert und dann weggegangen. Ebenso war die Sauberkeit verbessrungswürdig: Das Geschirr in den Schränken war klebrig und musste erstmal gewaschen werden. Gleiches galt für die Schränke. Obwohl zweimal pro Woche Reinigungskräfte kamen, wurde der Boden nicht gereinigt (was ich dank des von Scott bereitgestellten Equipments dann jedoch selbst erledigen konnte.)
Diese Punkte würden mich mit einer Weiterempfehlung zögern lassen. Trotz dessen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer liefen problemlos.

Everything was very good, but could do with air conditioning, we have aircon at home and really missed it but apart from that no complaints very clean and tidy, great location ,Last stayed on this complex 18 years ago, much improved now

Excellant Property and Location
The apartment is located in a very nice complex within a quieter area of Las Americas, an easy walk to the beach, the lively Veronicas or the quiet area of Los Cristianos. The pool area is very clean. The apartment, located on the ground floor adjacent the pool, had everything that was needed for your stay. The communications with Scott was great and information provided exact. We would stay again.

Lovely location in a nice complex
The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in.

Lovely apartment… everything you need at hand. Complex lovely and pool bar does amazing food. All bars/ restaurants in walking distance.Literally a short hop to the pool … you pay for Sun loungers but you could stay at the apartment as it gets the sun till about 3ish. Wanted to book it for same time next year but fully booked .. not surprised
