Liebe unser Familienaufenthalt! Hotel auf zwei Stränden und Felsen zu steigen. Wir bevorzugten kleiner linker Strand (wie Sie den Ozean) - nur über weite Rande ist ein abgesperrter Strand für etwa 10 Familien und eine Spur oben mit alten Tunneln entlang der Küste. Sand ist kleine Pöbel - aber ohh Mittelmeer blau! 4 Strandstuhlen und drei Schatten für $40 für den ganzen Tag. Sangria am Strand Schach auf links Strand!! Einige Zimmer nicht renoviert so Buchen und dann anrufen Hotel sicher zu erhalten das Zimmer, das Sie wollen. Zimmer sind geräumig, bringen Sie Shampoo. Restaurant ist gut, es gibt mehrere Optionen. Frühstück ist angemessen, aber müde am zweiten Tag. Hotel ist am Ende der engen Straße, die einen Weg sieht, aber nicht, kostenlose Hotelparkplätze. Stadt ist schön mit Hauptstreifen Av. Del Cavell Bernat (ein paar Blocks entfernt vom Hotel) auch ein paar Blocks (die gleiche St.) ist kleiner Laden w Lebensmittel, große Weinpreise, aber der Sonnenschirm ist $20+ pro Flasche dort. Große Restaurants in Spazierweiterung. Tagreise nach Cadaques!

Perfekte Lage Wir waren zwei Freunde und wir liebten uns für die wunderbare Lage im Zentrum von Daro Strand und Strand. Es ist 1 Minute zu Fuß. Und das Hotel hat Parkplätze, aber wir denken, es ist nicht nützlich, da es Platz gibt, um es auf der Straße zu lassen und die Gegend ist gut. Wir haben wiederholt Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Dienstleistungen, Animation und Kinderbetreuung, wir verwenden sie nicht, aber es muss berücksichtigt werden. Und ein Hotel, das wir empfehlen

Einer der besten Services, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett, sauberer Pool, gute und sichere Garage. Direkt im Zentrum von Platja d'Aro, wenn Sie also essen, einkaufen oder an den Strand gehen möchten, ist alles ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!! Vielen Dank!

We just got back from a multi-day family stay at this hotel. We had been on holidays in this area previously but this was our first time at S'Agaro Hotel. The hotel's location is amazing as it's just a few metres away from a lovely beach. The hotel and facilities are nice, clean and very well presented. The staff were all very polite and kind. The breakfast was good quality although a bit repetitive. The price for our say was substantially higher than other similar 4 star hotels in the same area. One good thing was that their rate was cancellable which is why we booked it in the end. If some of the other 4 star hotels in the area had offered cancellable rates, we would have probably gone for a slightly cheaper option than this hotel. The rooms a bit smaller than we hoped for but were adequate and clean. One of the big negatives is about the swimming pool. Although there's a large board stating what is and isn't allowed, this is not monitored by hotel staff and most of the rules are disregarded by guests. For example, eating and drinking in the sunlounges or keeping their dogs with them. More worryingly, plenty of people vaped and smoked in the sunlounges and not just tobacco, judging by the smell, stronger stuff too, which for a family hotel I found very poor. Although access to the hotel's area by car is heavily policed by security guards, accessing the hotel's pool on foot is not controlled at all so we regularly so random people walking in, swimming in the pool and then just leaving the premises without anyone challenging them. This was the case with both a group of local young back-packers and also a group of noisy French guys. None of them disturbed us directly, but I thought it was a bit off putting. In the age of social media, I assume people tell each other that this pool is widely open to anyone and people just use it without being guests at the hotel. We were travelling with children and all this made use feel a bit uneasy in the pool area. The gym is basic and limited in terms of equipment, specially weights. Another negative is with regards to food and drink in the room. We all know that anything from inside the mini-bar is chargeable. However, this is the first hotel I see where they place items like coffee capsules in a table in your room and then charges you for consuming them, at the end of your stay. Finally, I understand the hotel is dog friendly and guests are allowed them in their rooms, however, I wasn't happy to regularly see people taking their dogs to the swimming pool area (not in the water though) and also have them in the outdoor restaurant during breakfast time. In summary, nice hotel in great location, a bit overpriced and needs stronger pool access control policies.

Días en família con MP ya q no hazen PC. Habitación de hotel bien distribuïda, no moderna però amplia. Al entrar cama de matrimonio, pasillo con baño i bañera pequeña, i en el otro lado salin con sofa cama, nevera, tv i salida a balcon con mesa y sillas i una sisí. Limpieza correcta del dia a dia pero faltavan fondos… Comedor moderno con comida buena pero repetitiva y boca variedad. Y el horario d las comidas hasta tarde. Personal correcto, pero cuando lleguemos nos dijeron q hasta las 15h no entregavan la habitacion, tubimos de esperarnos hasta las 15:30h… Estancia correcta.

Wir haben uns im Hotel untergebracht, um eine Hochzeit zu besuchen. Alles in Ordnung, wir sind vorzeitig angekommen und haben uns das Auto parkieren und Zugang zu den Einrichtungen gestatten. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das ist etwas teuer, aber die Gegend und die Zeit werden bezahlt. Doch das Parken schien mir wirtschaftlich. Sie hätten uns etwas mehr über den Bar- oder Caféservice informiert haben können.

This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

Auf unseren vielen Reisen haben wir schon sehr viele nette Gastgeber kennengelernt. Das Personal im Ancora gehört in dieser Hinsicht zur absoluten Oberklasse. Egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Abendessen, beim Frühstück sowie auch das Reinigungspersonal, alle waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fleißig. Unser Zimmer war schön groß mit einer schönen Aussicht über die Dächer hinweg durch einige Bäume auf das Meer. Auch hatten wir einen schönen Balkon vor unserem Zimmer. Wir hatten keinen Meerblick gebucht, keine Ahnung, ob wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben. Auch das Bad war ausreichend groß und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Dusche hatte einen kräftigen Wasserstrahl, war schön warm und hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert. Es war alles sauber. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben frisch und angenehm gerochen. Man konnte selbst bestimmen, wie oft man die Handtücher gewechselt bekommt. Das Internet war nicht sehr schnell, aber sehr zuverlässig und stabil. In unserem Zimmer gab es einen recht großen LED Fernseher, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Trotz unserer orthopädischen Probleme konnten wir in den Betten sehr gut liegen, Diese hatten eine sehr gute Qualität. Es gab einen Aufzug, der gut und zuverlässig funktioniert hat. Obwohl wir in der absoluten Nebensaison Anfang März in diesem Hotel waren und das Hotel so gut wie nicht belegt war, haben wir ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet vorgefunden. Neben den kompletten normalen Standards gab es Eier, die auf Wunsch entsprechend zubereitet wurden, Bacon, sowie ganz ausgezeichnete regionale, katalanische Käse und Wurstspezialitäten, sowie regionale Süßspeisen. Der Orangensaft war offensichtlich frisch gepresst. Sobald etwas zur Neige ging, wurde unverzüglich nachgefüllt. Der Kaffee aus dem Kapselautomaten hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Abends konnte man im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Die Preise bewegen sich auf dem Niveau der ortsüblichen Preise. Die Gerichte, die wir hatten, egal ob es Hähnchen waren, Lammschulter, verschiedene Fischgerichte, sogar Seeigel oder Beilagen haben allesamt sehr gut geschmeckt. Vor dem Hotel sind sowohl auf der Straße als auch auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ein großer privater kostenfreier Parkplatz für das Hotel vorhanden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
