Houseboat located on a private road in Cypress Cove Marina. Drive up to private parking for 6 vehicles and walk just steps to the front door to unload your bags and tackle. The living area has plenty of room to hang out and talk about your catch with Sat TV, internet and cell booster. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/range, coffee pot and everything you need to cook your fresh catch. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a twin bunk and the other with two sets of twin/twin bunks. The bathroom has a full shower. The covered back deck has a 3 compartment stainless sink, cleaning station, grill, fan, porch swing and extra seating. We have plenty of boat parking along the side and back porch of the houseboat as well. Ice machine and washer/dryer included for your convenience.
