Clean and friendly atmosphere, very convenient for traveling in and around the place. Definitely a good location that I would recommend to anyone.

Last year, I stayed at the Marriott at North Andrews, and that was extremely clean, with room service, except you declined to have it. Based on the quality and condition of that one, this one was a true disappointment. Don't ever recall ever even seeing the elevator clean, and room service was only provided one day. It was definitely clean like I expected it to be. Truly a disappointment!!!!!!

Everyone was so nice would definitely I will be back the only thing there's no microwave in the room but far from that it was great

Quiet place

The state was mostly okay. The staff was very friendly. The elevators were old and a little scary. There was a dirty towel in our bathroom. Small room, definitely an older hotel.

Location was great and property was clean. The gym was closed for renovation during our entire stay, the pool was very cold so we didn't use it. The staff could be a little more helpful. Maid service was very late in the day (usually between 4-5pm). Also they did not have complimentary coffee which Marriot hotels usually do

Not much to look at on the outside but inside is very nice. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, great location by the mall & restaurants, & loved the window covering (i like a pitch black room). Only negative thing was there is only 1 mirror in the room so it's very hard to get ready with more than one other person rooming with you.

We stayed here as a 1 day post cruise layover. All the staff was incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed the free starbucks coffee in the morning at the Bistro.

It was was vey clean nice comfortable and convenient. Only two complaints - wish there was an airport shuttle and also only one mirror in room. Need a second so two people can get ready and one should be full length!!!

Great location, plenty of food choices and shopping mall close by. Clean environment and rooms are spacious.

It was difficult to find the hotel. The GPS kept us going around in circles. The hotel staff could not direct us and once found the welcome was not “warm and fuzzy”. The name of the hotel should be on the building in lights just like the “Camden”. Way up in the sky and can be seen from a far

The only criticism that we have is the low toilet. Elderly people would very much appreciate a grab bar. This would help relieve back pressure.

Liked the location. Rooms good sized, food ok, service ok. What I didn’t like….room to stay was terrible, dozens of tiny ants in one of the beds, sheets, pillows, and bathroom. Unable to use bed. Terrible, would not touch this place with a barge pole, needs total bug control applied to make it habitable.
