Unsere Erfahrung war absolut schrecklich! Check-in war um 3:00, wir sind um 5:00 angekommen und unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Nach der Ankunft unseres Zimmers war nicht gründlich gereinigt, es gab Müll auf dem Teppich, Haare in den Badezimmern, es gab eine Couch mit keinem Bett oder Ketten geliefert, sie sagten, sie lieferten kostenlosem WLAN, aber es gab Wi-Fi kaum funktionieren Sie würde Verbinden und dann direkt ausschneiden. Die Reinigkeit wurde den Aufsichtsbehörden Aufmerksamkeit gebracht und sie sagten, sie würden es kümmern. Wir gingen am nächsten Tag und kamen zurück, dass Abend und es war nicht kümmert worden. Es gab eine Reihe von Bettwäsche für das Sofabett, aber das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber und die Betten waren nicht gemacht. Kontinental Frühstück war ok, aber nicht groß. Nur eine warme Option, sie hatten eine Option von Getreide yoghurtwaffen oder Toast. Ich bat Sie, mit dem Manager zu sprechen, wenn Sie weg sind, und er war unglaublich brutal, und ich wurde gesagt, es tut mir leid, dass Sie sich so fühlen und meine Meinungen für mich selbst halten.

This hotel met our needs but didn’t exceed them. It was the Hall of Fame weekend and yes the price jump that had me paying 329 a night was a little ridiculous but that’s all the hotels in the area, but they sure don’t give you anything extra. They don’t offer everyday housekeeping so you had to come and schedule or ask for more toilet paper or towels. The room was ok. Had a fridge and microwave. Beds were decent and the AC worked well. The carpets could use some steam cleaning. The breakfast is less than par. I am a little picky and not a fan of steamed eggs especially when there is a lot of standing water in the container. They didn’t refill anything either. If your good with yogurt, waffles, or a bagel then your good. I feel like there wasn’t an emphasis on cleaning throughout the weekend. The garbages outside were overflowing and the lobby bathroom was in bad shape. I understand it was a busy weekend but cleanliness goes along way with people. The pool too. It was nice and clean when we checked in and into Sunday night there was stuff floating in it. I wouldn’t of used it. It is close to the HOF, about an 8/10 Uber ride when not too busy. We found out there are more Lyft drivers than Uber so that might be something to take away. This hotel also has many restaurants and the mall is close by. If I was to come back I would pry try another hotel. This wasn’t terrible but I could’ve found a little better for the money I spent.
