Bleiben Sie 2 Tage/1 Nacht in dieser Einrichtung. Sehr schöne Umgebung, ordentliches Zimmer, einwandfreie Hygiene. Allerdings hatten wir bei der Buchung das Abendessen im Hotel im Voraus bezahlt. An der Restaurantrezeption teilt uns der Kellner mit, dass dies nicht geschehen sei, ich bezahle im Zweifelsfall erneut (Betrag 142,- EUR) und vermerke hinterher nachweislich, dass ich die Speisen zunächst tatsächlich bezahlt habe. Ich kontaktierte die Hotelrezeption, die mir mitteilte, dass dieses Problem bereits aufgetreten sei, ich aber sehr schnell eine Rückerstattung erhalten würde. Daher stelle ich die Belege per E-Mail an die Empfangsdame und bis heute ist trotz zahlreicher schriftlicher Mahnungen keine Rückerstattung in Sicht!!!!! Und was ist mit der Hotelbar, wo wir fast 30 Minuten darauf warteten, dass sich ein Kellner für uns interessierte? Es ist eine Schande, dass die Kunden in diesem Betrieb nicht mehr respektiert werden.

Sehr hübsches Hotel bei Tag und noch prächtiger bei Nacht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut bestückt und bietet eine zufriedenstellende Auswahl. Das Buffet-Restaurant ist reichhaltig, mit einem kleinen Nachteil, nämlich der Tatsache, dass es bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten keine Abwechslung gibt und die Auswahl nicht ausreicht, um zwei völlig unterschiedliche Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen. Die Ankunft der Figuren am Morgen entlang des Flusses ist für die Kinder ein kleines Extra. Die Nähe zum Park und die kostenlosen Parkplätze sparen Zeit während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Staff and the breakfast buffet were nice. However, the hotel was phenomenally expensive for the quality of the room. It was freezing, opposite a lift (so very noisy) and with poor soundproofing, which was a problem as our room door opened straight onto the outside space. At one point there was a torrential rain shower in the middle of the night and we thought the rain was inside the room. There was a separate toilet and shower room, but no basin in the toilet which caused difficulties in a family of five. And there were also very limited light in the room. It wasn’t terrible, but so so expensive for a very basic (and cold!) room. We’ve stayed in theme park hotels before and this one was an (expensive) disappointment. We loved Park Asterix, but if we visited again I don’t think we’d spend the money on the hotel.

If you/you're kid(s) are into Asterix, this is really the pinnacle of the experience. It's like a mini-disney world, but when Disney world was probably still magical. There are the rides of course, but also lots of shows and other things to do other than roller coasters. I would say that if you don't speak french, or good french, then you won't get as much out of it, as it's as much a french cultural experience as a theme park. The shows are in french, and there are lots of french cultural double entendres that you'll miss. It's still good though! And you can navigate around perfectly well without french, and the staff are very helpful. The food is actually quite good given the equivalent we get in the UK. we went in April, so it was also relatively quiet as the French holidays had only just begun. Only about 20 mins to wait for the largest rides.

the establishment is really of good taste (no Disneyland-like) in its decor, architecture and ambience. The dinner buffet is also astoundingly good: very high quality and variety of dishing. Absolutely worth the price

Thanks for a wonderful night in your hotel. Everything was amazing from the entrance to exit, the decor for Halloween was great too! Very authentic place and well thought through. I'd come back anytime. HOWEVER, you could use better people for the check in counter - we were just numbers in their eyes and felt like 'meh' when we were checked in. They were not very willing to explain everything in a normal pace but rather expeditive in a very fast French - although I speak and understand FR very well. I felt a bit like I'm just another face, get over with it, I need to go home, lady! On another note, the only thing I'd improve is the pillows in the room -they are really not the quality if a 4 star hotel and downgrade the overall sleeping experience there. :)

Nice hotel with friendly staff, always willing to help. Anastasia in the bar was especially helpful and very knowledgeable! Buffet is a bit hit & miss, generally good food but lack of child friendly food made it very expensive for our kids (only ate meatballs! ) as they were charged the full €40 as they were classed as adults. Parc Astérix has a good range of coasters and was more fun than Disney IMO. I have only taken one star off as the room had a very strong smell of garlic when we arrived, I assume because it was above the restaurant. This was gone by the morning though.
