Waterfront island retreat

Great LGI home We had a great time! Beautiful dock and loved having the fire pit for evening smores

Spring break gathering with our college age children and 2 friends Heaven! Just perfect. The house is beautiful, well thought out, such great use of space, we were so comfortable! The location overlooking the bay is amazing. This is a kayaker’s dream! We even found the secret lagoon through the mangrove tunnel at the State park. We saw dolphins and manatees, lots of pelicans, eagles, birds, and yes a few snakes and a scorpion. We spent mornings on kayak adventurers and watching the bay from the porch or dock. Most afternoons were spent at the beach, including hours of spike ball. We ate and played games at the table with the kids and another set of parents who rented a nearby cottage. At night we saw fish, shrimp, and even squid at the green light off of the dock. We fished a little, had a campfire, could have stayed there forever! It took a lot of planning prior to the trip due to the location on an island, but it was nice to have the food all planned out and not have to leave at all for anything. We would love to stay here again. It was quiet and lovely. Pure relaxation and a chance to connect with our college students and friends. I feel like the owners thought of everything. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks for sharing this beach house!

A true island getaway Fishing from the private pier, a 2-minute walk on a sandy path to the ocean, kayaking, biking, and miles of seashore with almost no others on it. Campfires in the yard under the stars. Manatees and dolphins, kind neighbors, shark teeth and seashells and so much more. The home is completely redone, beautiful and so nice to live in. I could never say enough about our stay here. We had 6 kids aged 14 to 3. Everyone wanted to stay longer. There is nothing that could have made this stay any better. It was perfect.
