房間設施有點老，不過性價比還是不錯的。16:00才可以入住這個時間有點遲，第二11:00要退房，這個時間比一般酒店縮短了3小時。

Very comfortable rooms, Outstanding food and very supportive staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accomodation was very clean and everyone that we met were very polite and supportive. Each course of food was well presented and the staff serving it were always very polite and able to tell us what everything was. The experience was excellent.

It was mostly what I expected, however the food quality was not very good, I noticed that the salad bar is left out for most of the day. All the staff were very nice and happy to help with any needs, it also has a very convenient location near the mountains.

La atención y la calidez del personal del hotel es inigualable, son resolutivos, atentos, serviciales, te hacen sentir como en casa a cada instante. El desayuno, el servicio de bar y las animaciones son también un plus para la estancia. 100% recomendable.

Todo perfecto menos la comida del buffet del hotel, el desayuno perfecto menos la cena que por ejemplo había unos macarrones muy acuosos. La estacia fue correcta y la habitación estaba limpia, todos los días era arreglada por el hotel. También es un hotel nuevo.

Mi amor estancia durante todo los días que he estado ha sido muy cómoda, la cama como la de casa, en baño súper limpio y las vistas hermosas. Lo único que cambiaría sería la bañera por una ducha por la comodidad de las personas con problemas o dificultades. Lo único malo, es la mala calidad de las paredes, ya que, se escucha la conversación de la habitación de al lado en los pasillos. Por lo demás, todo perfecto!!!

Un lugar bastante acogedor y tranquilo, comida rica y con zona recreativa, lo único es que no dejaban usar el ascensor menores, entiendo que con niños de 7 años sea comprensible pero ya teniendo 16 no lo veo necesario. Pero por lo demás super bien y el personal super agradable.

Agradable con una piscina muy accesible y en un entorno envidiable. Pero la habitación era pequeña y con poca ventilación natural y el bufet del desayuno era muy justo y poco saludable y variado. En recepción tampoco nos dieron mucha información sobre las actividades y el entorno.
