We stayed 1 night to break up a long journey. Excellent location right at Taunton Deane Services. Check in was quick and easy, room was large with double bed and single bed for our 9 year old. It was clean and warm perfect for us. Will definitely use again

Wifi not working in the location. When asked for help nothing was done. Customer service here is very poor. The front desk is always close, no one to attend to customers. We won't stay in this hotel again.

Basic and perfect for purpose

Clean, friendly but dated. A lick of paint won’t g a miss. Warm enough.

Stop off after a flight - wasn’t expecting much but for £75 I expected more. Old, dated, grubby. Beds had cheap sofa mattress, I could feel the springs. Spiders in the bathroom. Looked like no one had been in there for a while. Rusty, worn out fittings.

Had a wonderful stay at the Days Inn, thanks to the fantastic reception team! They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Friendly, welcoming, and always with a smile,truly made our experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel as a good value stop over on a long motorway journey. The rooms are clean and well furnished for their price but what really made the hotel worth visiting were the staff. The well spoken young man at the check in desk was incredibly charming and had my husband and I lingering at the desk for over half an hour swapping book recommendations and exchanging views of current affairs. I enjoyed my stay greatly and wish the young man well in his future.

Arriving at the location, I was happy to see that they had decorated the area with a Halloween theme, giving it an extra-special feel to the stay. The gentleman, Rufus Coombe, is extremely polite and gives a very warm welcome to the hotel. Checking in took little time and was straightforward with no hassle at all. Having gone out to bowling, we would return around 10pm ish to be greeted with the same warm welcome from Rufus. The room has a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed. Clean, tidy and ready for our stay, we found it to be an excellent choice for our one-night stay before we go to lovely Butlins. We did take advantage of having a lovely hot bath with zero complaints about the condition or quality. The only issue we had was the lack of towels as we are a family of four but only had two towels. I had a quick chat with Rufus and that was solved very quickly with new towels being given to us. The bathroom offers its version of soap, towels, floor mats and a shower including the bath. We found it to be a great stop-off and would recommend this location for your stay, I would like to say thank you to Megan, a surname we are unsure of and Rufus was unsure of the name, for decorating the hotel with the creepy Halloween them, which was extremely good to see.

We have came see the bath with hot water turn out brown/Orange sound from river or road work, we was very shock see it as see photo, we was plan having nice relax bath before ahead home. We would like full money refund soon as possible. Thanks....

We loved it so much , thankyou , very cosy, comfy beds warm , lovely hot water , perfect for our dogs too , only a short stroll to eat and drink.

Comfortable accommodation with everything I needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely use Days Inn again.

Room was clean apart from bins being emptied. Shower gel was empty. Other than that everything was spotless and the check in/out was smooth. Basic room and beds were comfy, we all slept well. They do not accommodate for larger families, which means you need two rooms for families larger that 4 people. I know this is common, but feel that hotels could try and accommodate bigger families to be together in the future.
