"Servicen var helt ok och även frukosten, rummet också bra. Men när täcket åkte ut ur påslakanet, så upptäckte vi att täcket var smutsigt. Detta såg vi dock inte förrän den morron som vi skulle åka hem. Städningen och allt i övrig med renlighet var dock helt ok!"

"The rooms were surprisingly nice, considering the somewhat gruff exterior of the hotel. It appeared recently renovated with a nice, inviting tone, good beds and a comfortable bathroom. The location was very close to the city centre, and the breakfast was decent, considering the price for staying. The check-in process was not very convenient. We knew that check-in was not until 4 PM, but we were not aware that the reception did not open until 4 PM- meaning that if you arrive early one should keep oneself preoccupied in the city centre etc. beforehand. It was stressful how the staff had to serve both the pub and the hotel, our receptionist was friendly but appeared stressed and we did not feel we could confiscate his time by asking many questions. One question we did ask however was if the hotel had parking in the parking house nearby-he responded that he didn't know. It turned out that the hotel had their designated parking area close to the elevators to the hotel, but as we were not aware we parked in the very opposite direction and had a long walk with much luggage. That was quite unnecessary. "

"Wir waren auf einem voll organisierten Tripp durch das Schwedische Lappland. Der Besuch einer Renntierfarm mit diversen Erläuterungen zu deren Haltung und Fütterung, Überwinterung der Tiere. Tags drauf mit der Artic Explorer auf einer Eisbrecherseefahrt im Neoprenanzug im Meer schwimmen dazu wie es sich für Schweden gehört Hardrockparty auf dem Eis bei.-27°und Sonneschein, Badewetter für Hartgesottene! LOLL. Diverse Ausflüge nach Pitea, Gammelstadt und Lulea. Die Kirsche auf dem Sahnekuchen bekamen wir Tagsdrauf bei einer Snowmobil- explorerfahrt über den zugefroren Bottischer Meeresbusen und durch einen nahegelegenen Wald auf einer der zahlreichen Inseln. Alles in allem sehr spaßig und voll gefüllter Kurztrip. Das Havsbadwohl bemerkt kein 5 Sterne Hotel hatte alle unsere Wünsche und Vorzüge bestens gestillt. Im Schwimmbad haben wir uns richtig Jugendlich auf den Rohrutschen amüsiert. Wir können die gesamte Anlage nur empfehlen. Aufgepasst Billig und Türkei Urlauber bitte lasst hiervon die Finger weg!!"
