2-Sterne-Hotels in Pisa

Wow was für einen Kundenservice!! Ich bin nicht geblieben, aber meine Tochter hat ihren Aufenthalt geliebt! Ich möchte Christen und das Team loben, nachdem sie meinen Töchtern den Geburtstag so besondere gemacht haben! Nach einem einfachen E-Mail zu Hostel Pisa zu fragen, ob sie eine Flasche Wein für meine Tochter, die allein in ihrem besonderen Tag wäre, Christian ging aus, wenn sein Weg zu helfen, es perfekt zu machen! Sie haben Fizz, eine Karte und Kuchen für ihre Rückkehr und ging oben und darüber hinaus und ich bin wirklich dankbar!! Der Kundenservice allein ist der Grund zu bleiben, wissen Sie, dass Ihre Alleinreisende sicher sind und für sie sorgen ist so wichtig und sie wirklich kümmern!! Danke für ein wundervolles Team!!!

Causa ricovero ospedaliero di mia moglie,(la struttura si trova a soli 300 mt. a piedi dall'ospedale S.Chiara) venendo da Genova,da solo ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 24/1 al 29/1.Previa prenotazione, non avendo a disposizione una singola mi è stata assegnata una stanza con un letto ad una piazza e mezza posta all'angolo della struttura stessa opposta alla strada principale,quindi fuori dal rumore del traffico,al di sopra della piazzetta del loro parcheggio privato.L'hotel è ha conduzione familiare, dove tutto il personale risponde alle tue esigenze, si nota la ristrutturazione recente ed il profumo di pulito sia nella hall ma soprattutto nella stanza,l'hotel non dispone del servizio ristorazione,quindi effettua solo pernottamento e colazione(sufficiente) e quindi lo consiglio vivamente anche per chi volesse visitare la città perché si trova a 300 mt.da P.dei Miracoli.

Hotel posizionato a 10/15 minuti a piedi da piazza dei miracoli in una zona molto tranquilla. Ambiente molto carino, giovane e moderno. Camera di dimensioni molto molto ampie dove su richiesta, è possibile usufruire anche della cucina (normalmente nascosta all'interno di un 'armadio'). Parcheggio gratuito di buone dimensioni. Note dolenti: Il frigo probabilmente viene gestito in combinazione con l'uso della cucina in quanto era vuoto. Per ognuno dei due giorni di soggiorno ho chiesto in reception una bottiglia d'acqua ma alla consegna ogni volta mi è stato detto: mi spiace ma l'ho appena messa in frigo e non è freschissima. Siamo a Luglio con 50° all'esterno!!! Bisogna organizzarsi meglio. Colazione da rivedere, siamo a livello di un 2 stelle non 3. Affettati: solo prosciutto cotto, un formaggio da toast ed un ottimo pecorino che però poco si addice alla colazione. Prosciutto cotto, formaggio da toast, così come cornetti decongelati, crostate e marmellate sono tutti prodotti da grande distribuzione, niente di locale e niente da hotel 3 stelle. Da bere, apparte l'acqua molto apprezzabile la spremuta d'arancia fresca. Il letto boh: materasso con sopra un topper inadeguato. Lenzuola belle, colorate ma corte per quel letto. Come al solito presa di corrente vicina ad un solo letto. Nel bagno manca il kit dei saponi. Inaccettabile in un 3 stelle.

As stated in other reviews the hotel is pretty basic. However it is clearly rated as 2 star and is not trying to deceive. The room and beds were clean and comfortable enough. The air conditioning was very good. There was a large bath towel for each person. The hand and bidet towels in the bathroom were tea towel material. Perfectly adequate and we had no issues. Despite reports that there were no power sockets, we had one each beside the beds and there were a further two beside the desk. No problem charging phones and the wifi was fine. The hotel is very well located. It took about 15/20 mins to walk to the Pisa Centrale train station. £38 euros for 2 adult returns to Florence an hour journey if you catch the quick train. About 30 mins to Lucca. A 5 minute walk from the hotel and you are at the Tower. It was extremely busy during the day. Each evening after dinner we walked the few minutes to the Tower. Lovely - still a buzz about it but much quieter. The hotel restaurant had good pizza. The street behind is pedestrianised and there are loads of eateries. We enjoyed our stay. Not luxury but we felt comfortable and safe. What more can you ask.

This hotel is small and was adequate for our two night city break. It’s situated 10mins from Pisa centre, the number 13 bus stops outside. The rooms are small and although dated, we’re ok. The bed was hard and the pillows very soft. There is air conditioning in the room which was needed. There is a small balcony that over looked a school and community sports area. The breakfast is very basic and extremely limited, the coffee from the machine is quite poor quality. Unfortunately we were badly bitten by mosquitoes, the hotel provided mosquito plug in scented repellent, this didn’t work. The staff speak basic English and a friendly, we purchased bus tickets from reception and was not informed they only last 70mins once activated. We received a €86 euro fine from bus inspector. I don’t think we would use this hotel again, as there are so many to try if we returned to Pisa 🇮🇹

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, gute Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, leicht zu finden, große Lobby, Buffet, Bar, saubere und bequeme Betten im Zimmer, sauberes Bad, sehr zu empfehlen

This is a great place with a very welcoming and informative host. I arrived quite late and was given really detailed instructions about getting in. It’s perfectly located between the airport and the train station (about 10-15 minutes to each). It takes about 35-40 minutes to get to the tower. Shared facilities, but this is no problem as there are 3 bathrooms. So lovely to have a coffee machine in the room. And there is air-con!

Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Online-Check-in, wurde sehr verwirrend, als wir da waren, als wir nicht, obwohl der Manager am Telefon war und kam direkt um uns herauszufinden, er war extrem hilfreich. Es ist 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es hat uns etwa 20 Minuten gekostet, um zum Leaning Tower etc zu gehen, aber sehr angenehm zu Fuß. Genau über die Straße ist eine schöne Piazza mit ziemlich wenigen Bars und Restaurants. Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte. Ganz grundlegende, keine Kaffeebar etc. aber alles ist gerade draußen. Das Zimmer, das wir nicht ganz mit den Fotos passen, aber da es nur 2 Nächte war, haben wir uns nicht gedacht. Es war sauber, der Manager war sehr hilfsbereit, so dass es uns sehr gut serviert.

A wonderful place if you need to stay somewhere late at night after your flight🥺 Our flight was late, like - really really delayed and I was worried about our stay. The owner waited for us and welcomed us warmly, waiting for us to put our stuff down and calm down a bit. He showed us everything we needed to know, the place was quiet, we had some cold water to drink, prepared coffee for the morning and there was absolutely no problem for us to leave at 6.50 am as we needed to for our flight. The owner is extra nice, the place is very close to the airport and very nice- clean, there are towels, the breakfast is also great - you choose whatever you want to - there’s both cookies, chips, cereal, bread, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Im just sorry we couldn’t stay longer and we needed to eat this in a hurry. We were a total mess that night (we were supposed to arrive at 12 am, we did nearly at 3 am, so we had just 3 hours of sleep left). Although, our stay was all we needed and we really enjoyed it. The area is also calm and pretty. Huge thanks to the owner and warm recommendation :) Również do turystów z polski, polecam bardzo ten obiekt, Pan był naprawdę wspaniały i nasz pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo, milysmy wszystko czego nam trzeba. To takie urocze miejsce prowadzone przez rodzinę/starszego pana. Z tego powodu polecam nawet bardziej. Grazie mille❤️
