Das Hotel ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt (wenn die Richtung stimmt), der Chef ist immer noch sehr nett, wir haben nur spät eingecheckt, aber wir haben mit großer Energie eingecheckt und uns dann nach der Situation auf dem Schiff gefragt. Es gibt starken Wind und das Schnellboot ist sehr holprig. Ich muss mich übergeben, daher wird mir empfohlen, ein Boot zu nehmen. Wenn Sie wissen, dass Sie seekrank sind, ist es am besten, ein großes Boot anstelle eines Schnellboots zu nehmen. Es ist auch bequem, zum nur wenige hundert Meter entfernten Constitution Square zu gelangen, direkt zur Bushaltestelle!

Die Lage ist ideal als Übernachtungshotel zum/von Flughafen/Hafen, da es nur wenige Schritte vom neuen Piraeus Metrostation und in einer einfachen Spazierweiterung zu den meisten Inselfähren ist. Das Zimmer war angemessen groß mit kleinem Balkon, modern mit USB-Anschlüssen verfügbar, kleinen Safe und Nespresso-Maschine. Die Fläche ist sicher und laut während des Tages, aber ruhig bei der Nacht. Viele Cafés und Abfahrten dicht wie Vodaphone-Geschäfte und Märkte. Das Badezimmer hat eine regen Dusche und handgepflegt mit guter Druck, Make-up-Spiegel und viel Gegenraum. Anständige, grundlegende Einrichtungen verfügbar, aber keine Körperlotion. Buffet Frühstück in kleinem Restaurant war grundlegend, aber gut und Service war hervorragend. Ausgezeichneter Kaffee! Auch wirklich gutes Abendessen und die weißen und roten lokalen Weine, die sie anbieten, sind sehr gut. Preis für das Abendessen ist vernünftig und Service war gut.

I stayed here for one night on 3rd September. The location is very convenient. The port of Piraeus is safe and ”rising” a lot in recent years. If you feel like going on prettier areas, it's only a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes taxi. (Town Hall, Pasalimani/Zea, even Mikrolimano or Piraiki and so on... Metro is 3 minutes walk away too. I liked the facilities in the room (coffee maker, toiletries, ”smart” technology.) Decoration-wise, I liked the hotel. I personally like the blue color in the room, however dark shades make the room seem even smaller.The double bed was comfortable for me traveling alone for one night. It's a city hotel and I knew beforehand that the room would be small, so for me it wasn't a problem. But the classic I stayed in I don't think would be suitable for 2 people and/or a long stay. Some small complains are that there were some tiny stains on the pillows. Cleanliness was good overall, but in 4+ star hotels you expect attention to detail. The staff were polite but the inexperience of some of them shows, they seem kind of anxious and they don't talk comfortably or naturally, tt's like they're parroting a text. I didn't like the breakfast system and something urgent happened, so I left too early and didn't get one. All in all, despite any objections, it will be among my choices for the future.

Ein kleines Stadthotel mit super Service. Wir wurden bei Ankunft von der Metrostation in Piräus mit dem Hotel Shuttle abgeholt und am nächsten Morgen wieder mit dem Shuttle zum Hafen gebracht. Ab 05:30 gibt es Frühstück, so daß man seine Fähre ohne Stress noch schafft. Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber und vermutlich vor kurzem renoviert. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Zur Hafenpromenade (Pasalimani) sind es nur 5 Gehminuten! Kann das Hotel bedenklos für einen kurzen Stop-Over weiter empfehlen.

An absolutely delightful experience at the Piraeus City Hotel. My friend and I stayed for one night before taking our boat to Sifnos. We were warmly greeted by Nick and his charming colleague upon arrival and checked in quickly, after a long journey. The hotel is beautiful, spotless & stylish. Our room was bright and very comfortable. The hotel provides a tasty breakfast which was included. Nick was still on duty when we left for an early ferry, and bade us farewell, even printed out ferry our tickets! We will definitely stay at the Piraeus City Hotel on our next visit to Athens/Piraeus. Too bad we had only one night Highly recommended!

Nettes und nettes Hotel ist direkt hinter dem Fährhafen von Piraeus getaucht. Es ist sehr nah, wandelbar zum Fährhafen E9 und E10. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, zeitgemäß und gut organisiert. Das Personal ist fantastisch; willkommen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hauptgrund für die 5 Sterne. Unser Zimmer, wie das Hotel, war sauber, gemütlich und ausreichend Platz. Das Bett war fest, das für uns funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist groß genug für eine Person, der Wasserdruck ist groß. Ich genossen wirklich, ein Hotel in Filson zu bleiben.

I stay here whenever I visit Piraeus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The hotel’s restaurant is one of the area’s best kept secrets. I cant get enough of the Thai fried rice which you can order as a vegeterian dish or with chicken. They sometimes offer a home- made moussaka that is divine. Menu prices are very reasonable if youre travelling on a budget

This is an exceptionally lovely place to stay in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka District and all the fabulous restaurants. Very nice rooms and amenities with very friendly staff. Excellent service. Make sure you go up to the roof top bar for food and drinks with a fabulous night time view of the Acropolis and make sure you say hi to Marios… the best and friendliest of bar hosts!
