I have been staying at the Pristine Hotel in Kanpur since it opened. However, during my most recent one-night stay, I had a terrible experience. I forgot my trimmer in the room, and when I inquired about it, the unprofessional staff claimed they had not found anything. To my surprise, they started blaming me, suggesting that I may have lost the trimmer elsewhere. I advise potential guests to stay at their own risk, as the security and housekeeping staff seem to be untrustworthy. Please be cautious. I called them many times but no positive sign from their end.

Awesome service and well behaviour from staff is services are fast nd the food is also good it's an good experience from a for a family trip 4-5 days stay nd the hotel room is clean nd bed is comfortable the services are very fast nd direct. Atul and kanchan

We stayed couple of time for business purpose, although the staff are nice and very professional but remote call response was poor second we always observed the options in dinner/breakfast buffet are very less and even the services was also very poor. This is not value for money
