SStaycationBearyFrom arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own.
Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away.
We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast.
Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation!
P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

Weil die Straßenseparatoren gut sind, ist die Kühlung im Freien und im Raum mit niedriger Temperatur zu kalt.
Muss geschlossen werden. Die Würste werden durch zu starke Würste nicht gekühlt, wenn es niedriges Wetter gibt. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut, aber sauber. Die nächsten Restaurants wählen, wie viel der Würste nicht fürchtet.

We enjoy swimming in the pool area,our room is comfy,the food is delicious ,they have these moroccan style outfit for rent that gives highlight to the hotel and it was very entertaining though, i think they just need to add some clothes or a bit repair is needed but overall i would say it worth the penny.and thanks to the very accomodating staff! They did great🙌💚

Das Raumdesign im Zimmer ist zu veraltet und seltsam. Das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt neben dem Bett, was wirklich verwirrend ist. Es gibt nur einen beweglichen Spiegel zwischen der Toilette und dem Zimmer. Wenn Sie eine große Größe wünschen, ist dies der Fall Es ist schwierig, sicher auf die Toilette zu gehen, insbesondere für eine andere Begleitperson, wenn man im Zimmer isst.

Das Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt ist groß, einfach und komfortabel. und fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Servicepersonal wird sich auch sofort um die Buchung von Motorrädern, Wasseraktivitäten, Nachtführern und Händlern kümmern. RRiyarMir gefällt es sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin ist überraschend gut, sehr exquisit und hochwertig. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut Auf der anderen Seite der Straße finden Sie auch viele Hotels. Ich habe am Vortag tatsächlich eine vorübergehende Unterkunft gefunden.

SShawn TravelsIf your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her.
Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely.
In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.

GGastnutzerVery nice place to stay. It seems newly built or renovated and it was very clean. We had a great room with a balcony.
Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island).
You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option.
You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.
