Lassen Sie mich vorstellen, dass wir fast immer bei einem Holiday Inn Express bleiben, wenn wir ein paar Tage Reisen. Es ist zuverlässig, erschwinglich und hat kostenlos Frühstück. Ich kam an dieser HIE, die das gleiche erwartet. Als ich ankam, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keine Möglichkeit von heißem Wasser für Duschen gab. Ich fragte, wann sie über dieses Thema wussten und sie sagten vor zwei Tagen. Eine Reparatur wird erst drei Tage später passieren. Mit anderen Worten, sie wussten das und warten, mich zu erzählen, als ich überprüfte, in welchem sehr schatten ist. Ich bat um einen Rabatt und sie sagten, sie konnten das nicht zulassen. An diesem Punkt hatte ich gerade 4 1/2 Stunden geflogen und dann 2 Stunden fahren und den anderen Teil des Tages stieg. Ich hatte keine Energie, während der Frühlingspause ein anderes Hotelzimmer zu finden, so dass wir endlich auf dem Aufenthalt. Und wie versprochen, war es morgens kein heißes Wasser für unsere Dusche. Es ist eine Sache, solche Fragen zu haben und mich zuvor zu erfahren. Ich hätte meine Reservierung auf eine andere HIE ändern können. Aber warten, bis ich da bin, um mir zu sagen, machte mich gefangen fühlen. Als Seitenanmerkung, eines meiner Lieblings Dinge über den HIE Express Aufenthalt ist die Pancake-Maschine und sogar das war kaputt. Frühstück war auch seltsam ohne Eier und eine Vielzahl andere seltsame Angebote. Auf der guten Seite hatten sie die besten Kina-Rollen, die ich je hatte, und der Ort war sehr sauber.

Immer ein Fan der AC Hotels, und diese entdeckt definitiv die Marke. Belegen im Zentrum von Tucson, kurzen Fahrt vom Flughafen und 1 Block entfernt von Nachtleben, Kaffee und Restaurants. Das Hotel ist direkt neben einem Nachtclub gelegen, so dass Sie Geräusche hören können bis spät die Nacht so vorsichtig, wenn Sie einen ruhigen Schlaf werten. Die Lobby ist gut eingerichtet, nicht riesig, aber hat eine anständige Bar. Eincheckung war schnell und einfach, nicht viel von einer Linie. Aufzüge bringen Sie in Ihr Zimmer schnell, nicht viel von einem Warten. Nicht das höchste Hotel, aber Sie haben einen anständigen Blick auf die Stadt Tucson mit großen Fenstern. Das Bett ist schön und komfortabel, die Zimmer sind groß mit vielen Ausgängen und Gepäcklagerung. Das Badezimmer ist groß und komfortabel und das WiFi funktioniert perfekt. Insgesamt wird versucht, wieder zu bleiben.

Für uns das beste Hotel auf unserer USA Rundreise. So toll gelegen, nettes und aufmerksames Personal, tolles Frühstück und eine megaschöne Außenanlage. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool lohnen sich, weil man hier die beste Aussicht auch auf alles andere hat

Sehr schöner Ort, es gibt viel zu tun, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Valet-Personal kann etwas freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Aber insgesamt war der Rest des Personals sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gute Erfahrung, würde empfehlen, an einem schönen Ort wie diesem zu übernachten.

Let me start off by saying my children had an unpleasant experience with some bullying/racial comments/pushing from some other kids (no fault of the Hotel). Madison who was a life guard saw this and stopped it immediately. She informed us what happened and we can't thank her enough for her standing up for our boys(6 & 7). The next life guard was also informed who apologized when my boys and I came up on the slide. Chris M is the banquet manager who heard about this and went above and beyond like I have never seen in my life. He spoke to the other children's family, took care of us and really ensured my boys were good. It did not stop there. Chris must have informed other staff of our experience and the attention and support they have ALL provided is unmeasurable. Not just at the time of the incident, but our entire stay. Holly and Anissa at the front desk also followed up with us and went above and beyond. Holly treated us like we were family even upon check out made sure we were good. Every single staff member took pride in taking care of customers. This service was the best we have ever had and it was unbelievable! High five to Alex, Aaron, Erin, and Charles as well who took service to another level. If you have an opportunity to stay at this location, you will not be disappointed and worth every single cent. The attention they give to customers is 2nd to none!! We will 100% be back and again, probably the best hospitality experience we have ever had and we travel a lot.

Overall Great hotel nice property. Room was clean and bed comfy! Check in experience: 1 star, someone needs to learn customer service! I checked in as part of a group that was using the hotel for a conference. When I checked in I asked to block room charges. I gave my card and then told my card was declined. I asked how much was attempting to be charged? Answer $1300 for a 4 night stay? I asked for clarification well “incidentals” are the full stay plus $104 a night! *** not once was this communication. The only solution from the manager was to split it between card, again ***. After 30 mins of “discussion” finally got to blocking room charges which I asked at the start and to charge only the 4 day stay. Ok that is what I wanted to do no biggie. Restaurants: the grill by the pool AMAZING! Great food decent price for resort food. The restaurant inside by the coffee bar short staffed and horrible service! Waited 30 mins to be served then no refills BUT HAD TO PAY the mandatory 22% gratuity for non existing service. They knew they had a group with a few hundred guest and should have staffed appropriately. The HUGE and I mean huge bath tub was a little hard to maneuver, having to hike your leg to touch your nose to get it over the edge made bath time challenging. If you wanted a bath it took close to 45 mins to get the water to a bath level unsure how long to fill it up, someone please time it! Other then that conference room was great and was cleaned set up as requested, air conditioning was rough but it is summer in Tucson so that was expected.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte vom 06. bis 09.04.23 im Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites in Zimmer 234 in der 2.Etage. Das Zimmer bietet Aussicht auf den Außenpool und Whirlpool, war aber sehr ruhig gelegen und so hatten wir auch einen sehr guten Schlaf. Das gut gepflegte Zimmer hatte ein Kingbett, Kommode mit TV, Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, Couch mit Couchtisch, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee und Zubehör, welches wir uns täglich an der Rezeption auffüllten. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Wannen-/Duschkombination. Man konnte um die aus mehreren Gebäuden bestehende Anlage herum parken. Eismaschinen gab es mehrere. Im Innenhof neben dem Pool gab es einige Sitzgelegenheiten, so auch auf einer kleinen Dachterasse auf dem Restaurant. Der Check-in und -out war freundlich und effektiv. Zwischen 5 bis 6:30pm gab es für jeden Gast zwei Freigetränke und Popcorn im Restaurant, sehr gute Idee! Das umfangreiche Frühstück mit Rührei, Kartoffeln, Würstchen, Waffeln, Toast, Müsli, Obst, Joghurt und Getränken war sehr gut. Ab 6:30am konnte man sich dort für den Tag stärken. WiFi war in Ordnung. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl in sicherer Gegend unweit vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten.
